T.F. We are so happy to have finally found a great vet! A friend of ours recommended them, knowing we were not happy with the other vets we’ve seen since moving here, we are glad he did. They are about an hour away from us, but definitely worth the drive. Although I wasn’t impressed with the front desk staff, Dr. Padfield is nice and professional. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, we’ve found most other local vets to be quite expensive and lacking in quality care. Academy East is both reasonably priced and offers quality care.

M.M. I've taken my geriatric cat and my new puppy here and have always had a fantastic experience. They are incredibly thorough but not pushy. I love being able to get my cats prescriptions locally and that they have weekend hours.

N.C. Was scheduled for a 3:30 appointment. And due to an emergency Dr. Ricardo was a bit behind. Staff was so amazing. My blood sugars dropped and they kept coming back to see how I was doing after 2 lollipops and sugar cookies! Dr. Ricardo was amazing very friendly and good to Roscoe. And I didn't feel pressured on doing more for my dog. I will definitely be going back to Dr Ricardo! Thank you so much for everything you and the staff did for me and Roscoe!

B. Very clean and spacious. The staff are ALL very kind, helpful pleasant to speak with. The doctors I dealt with were top notch and very compassionate. I felt very comfortable taking my pet there right from the start. I would like to thank personally April, who I spoke with the first time I made an appointment and Dr. Rojas, who has been treating my pet. All the staff realize that your pet is a loved member of your family and treat them as such. Thank you so much folks! I would recommend Academy East Vet Hospital to anyone.

M.K. By far the best Veterinary Hospital around. Staff is always welcoming and do a good job of taking care of all your questions and needs.. We have primarily had Dr. Padfield as our vet and the amount of care and concern she shows to our fur babies is amazing. She truly loves what she does and treats every animal like they're her own.. I'm constantly amazed at how well this place operates. They are always busy but you never have to wait very long to be seen. Highly recommend!

S.S. I love this vet! I have an australian shepherd and she is such a nervous dog and all of the staff is so good with her! The vet techs are amazing and comfort her at check ups. I have used the groomer there twice now and Ms. Katrina is awesome. She never cuts my dogs hair too short and my dog always looks so good afterwards. The grooming is also very affordable!

S.R. Academy East is hands down the best vet, we've taken our babies too. That's trying multiple vets in 3 different states in the last 10 years. Every staff member we have dealt with just really seems to understand how much our pups mean to us. Everyone has been so caring and compassionate. We especially have enjoyed working with Dr. Bray her professionalism and compassion makes it easy to entrust our babies health to her. Thank you all for being awesome! Truly, I feel so much better knowing I have yall in my corner if something comes up with my boys!

T.C. I’ve been seeing Dr. Padfield for years and love, love, love her! Today was a different veterinarian and he was terrific! For over 25 years I have taking my dogs to Academy East, and though I moved to Raleigh, I still bring my dogs back. The cost of teeth cleaning was half what I was being charged at a vet in Raleigh. So overall great service, and the vet bills are high, they are more fair than others I have tried. I highly recommend Academy East veterinary hospital!
