It is run very unprofessional and overpriced for the garbage service they offer.
Do not recommend this place to anyone!Their doctor gave us wrong diagnosis.

K.B. We have been taking our 2 dogs here for a several years now and overall I’ve been very happy with the care we received! Our 1 dog had orthopedic surgery on her leg years ago and they did an amazing job.. Recently, we had to put our other dog down and I’m so grateful for the warming care he received. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Zapata and her team for taking his paw prints and sending a lovely card along with his ashes. Thank you SO much to her and the VCA staff for bringing me peace and comfort during a difficult time ❤️.

D.H. It was Willow's yearly check up. Vaccines, blood work, and the usual testing. Dr Heim is our vet. She is truly the best. She has taken care of willow since she was a puppy. She is extremely smart, kind, compassionate, and efficient. She knows yorkies, so I feel the best with her. She listens to all your concerns, communicates what needs to be done, and keeps up with your animals needs. We are spacing out her vaccines. So we are happily coming back in a month.

M.A. I cannot say enough about how great the entire staff at VCA Hollywood is. The vets are top-notch, with vast knowledge specific to cats and are current on the latest treatments. They're also very willing to work with you on creating an affordable and practical treatment plan that will take the best care of your pets. It's also really convenient that they have specialists in-house, so they can coordinate to manage complicated conditions if you have pets with special needs.

B.G. I loved the care both of my pets received here. I love the fact that they have emergency care 24/7. My cat was completely obstructed and couldn’t pee. Aside from having to do a catheter procedure, I was informed that he would need to have a complete change of lifestyle to prevent this from happening again. More than a year later, with a new diet, my cat is thriving. I want to thank the vet who explained in great detail all I had to do to take care of him. A few months after my cat’s medical emergency, my dog began to pee blood clots. The appropriate tests were run and they found that she had a urinary tract infection. Once again, the vet explained what treatment she needed in great detail to make sure the infection left her body. As far as prices, all vets are expensive. I have been to other vets, so I for sure know they’re not overcharging me. In fact, their service has been cheaper than other places who have done the same as them. I’m truly blessed to have found them.

S.M. Thanks to VCA and their amazing staff. My son has been recovering great with the help of VCA Hollywood and Dr. Clarke after his Tracheostomy surgery and skin tightening to not cover his stoma. They saved my baby’s life. 4REIGN (Foreign) is forever thankful, and wuffs VCA Hollywood. Blessings to the angels who take care of our animals, they are truly heaven sent.
