Review:
Now, we take our puppies there and the staff treats us like family.
Try and offer diagnostic services, or cheaper options.
I was immediately given service and offered an assortment of drinks and snacks.

K.J.The staff were so caring when we brought our dog in tonight. They went over options and when we made the hard decision to euthanize our beloved dog they were so kind and caring. Thanks to everyone for their kindness during this difficult time.
M.W.Every single staff member took excellent care of me and my pup last night. Yes, we did wait a while but my dog had an abscess and it was not critical. However they did offer me to leave him there and go home which I declined but the option is really convenient. While I waited I had a quiet, clean room and the staff brought me a basket of snacks, water and a water bowl for my dog. They continuously checked on me throughout the process. They took quality care of my dog and took multiple small steps to ensure I didn't over spend to try and fix my dogs ailments. They kept me posted on each and every price occurrence. They were kind and loving to my dog. I left paying exactly what you would expect for an emergency visit. I was so nervous to bring my dog to a new vet especially at 7pm but they took all my worries away. For any pet emergency this is the office I would visit. Thank you all so much.
A.N.Great place for pet care. I have been to Chandler and Mesa locations for both primary, emergency care and end of life services. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are all very knowledgeable and kind and patient. The pricing is very reasonable I feel (in comparison to 3 other vets in the valley I've visited over the past decade).
R.U.The only thing I wish would have been different was meeting the doctor in person. However, I completely understand the need to drop off my pup to wait to see the doctor. The doctor called me and listened to all my concerns. She explained everything to me and gave me an estimate for the care and treatment. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the technician, treated us kindly and were very gentle with my dog. Even though we couldn’t be seen the first night we went in, they were on diversion and I should have called to check first, I would whole heartedly recommend 1st Pet for emergency veterinary care. I hope to never need emergency care again, but if I do this is where I will go! They even sent me a photo of my girl while she waited.
B.My Ellie was at end of her 15 years with me. They took care of her and helped her into a painless end of her body life. Thank you for the help. Being a weekend the places I called were appointments for a week out. 1st pet is a great place. Thank you so much for what you did for Ellie.
C.C.Moby had a terrible Grand Mal seizure at 2 am and we had to make the choice nobody wants to make and we were not prepared. When I called 1st Pet crying into the poor girls ears (I think her name was Kelly) she was so calm and so kind and compassionate I suddenly felt relieved. It was always my biggest fear that when the moment comes it will be chaotic and stressful and my baby will know. After the seizure we took Moby for a last walk in the park like we did every day for 10 years and then we drove to 1st pet crying all the way there. When we arrived, 2 girls greeted us outside and came to help. They were so wonderful to Moby he was completely relaxed which helped cause he always stressed when we entered any Veterinary clinic. What can I say, Moby passed in our arms in peace, a room filled with love and tears. Dr. Ryan Bunce was amazing and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Thinking back, I don’t think there is anything I could’ve hoped for that didn’t happen or wasn’t offered at 1 st Pet. And when I posted on Living Chandler FB group about our amazing experience hundreds of people confirmed and shared my opinion about this place. They’re truly the most wonderful people and if you ever have to make this difficult decision and don’t know where to go you can be rest assured that you’re in good hands with 1st pet on Warner Rd.
M.M.My dog Toby broke his nail really bad tonight and we were panicking because all the places near us were giving us 8-10 hour waits, crazy prices and his nail was just getting worse. We called them and they let us know to bring him and they’ll help us, we got there and the staff was so professional and quick and we got sent to a room ASAP, we didn’t even have to wait long, a super nice nurse came in and took care of him and fixed him all up, removed the nail and bandaged it so nicely. They loved Toby even though he was so fiesty! Thank you again!
