N.R. They have been good to work with but I only received ashes in a box for an expensive cremation. Every other cremation I've known people to have, a pawprint is done and I expected that and that was really all I wanted. It wasn't something I was mentally able to ask about and I should've instead of assume and now I can never get that. So just be prepared if you would love to have the same. Heartbroken is an understatement. The one thing I feel could've brought me some peace and the one thing I wanted to have forever and now can never get..

B.A. Dr. Makuc is very thorough and compassionate in his treatment and care for my dogs. I've always had great service here and have been taking my dos for over 20 yrs.

K.C. There is no easy way to say good bye to our little furry friends. These nurses were total strangers but understood the love we all had for our dearly departed and they treated his body with love and care.. Thank you for being there for us. Charlie was a special little guy to a lot of us.

E.T. We've been using Berkshire Veterinary Hospital for over a year now for our bulldogs and 14 year old cocker spaniel. Everyone here has been amazing! Even when our new puppies weren't acting right they were there to chill us out. They just got back from their visit. Tests, shots, medication x2. The bill was unbelievable! LOW! Great care! Piece of mind and absolutely adorable! Other than picking the right breeds, Berkshire Veterinary Hospital was the best choice we could have made! Thank you guys so much!

S.S. Get a torn nail and The veterinarian in Lee Massachusetts wouldn’t even look at her without paying $500 upfront, Which would have been the minimum payment regardless of what was needed. Vets in great Barrington wouldn’t even look at her. Berkshire veterinarian took her right in looked before payment did what was needed for less than half the price that valley veterinarian wanted. And they were super nice. Restored my faith. Thank you Berkshire veterinary.

P.M. In the last 2 months we've had 2 dogs with two very different surgeries that were needed. Our 6 yr old Australian cattle dog had a paw vs pane of glass. The surgery went well and the vets & techs were just great! Then our 13 yr old min pin had to have double eye removal surgery. They were so kind, sympathetic, and knowledgeable with any questions we had. Their skill level during the surgery compared to other places that I've seen do this same surgery were leaps and bounds above them. *Overall I'm beyond satisfied with our Berkshire Veterinary Hospital. My bank account isn't but we are. Thanks for all you do it's so greatly appreciated.
