R.R. Simply one of the best teams in town. Been going to them for years to take care of my pets. They have went above and beyond on numerous occasions. Dr. Spears, Dr. Bruce and the whole team truly care about their patients. Highly recommend.

G.K. Amazing staff, fit in an emergency appointment for me awhile back when my 15yo cat was hurt. I don't know what I would've done if it wasn't for their kindness. Made me a VCA customer for life!

B.B. I love taking my two dogs to VCA and more importantly, my dogs love it too. The staff is always super nice and accommodating and I really appreciate that they seem genuinely happy to see my babies. They’re not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for! They are very responsive, caring, and work around my schedule. I’ve even called for same day appointments on my lunch break and they find time to squeeze me in. We appreciate all the time and care you’ve given us!

C.P. I was extremely please with my visit today! I called around to several vets and vca was the most polite clinic that I spoke to. I was able to get a wellness check for my cat quickly. The visit itself was amazing! The vet helped me feel at ease and walked me through everything I needed to know. They were amazing with my cat. I will be coming back for a very long time! Thank you!

S.B. Very people and most importantly pet friendly. I have a large breed dog, approximately 135 lbs, that will have to be kenneled while i am in the hospital. She is very spoiled which i take full credit for and this will be the first time that we have ever been separated from each other except when i work. Not sure who it will be harder for, me or her. Have explained how spoiled she was and they reassured me that she would continue to get spoiled there. For pet parents like myself, that was just what i needed to hear. The facility is beautiful and most importantly to me, Clean and organized. Wouldn't mind staying there myself, and very reasonably priced. That was a nice surprise too. Would recommend to anyone who loves their pets and wants them pampered in their absence.

K.H. While a bit expensive, they have great customer service. They are very quick to get you back in a room and have a vet and vet techs check on your animals. One of the dogs we used to have was very fearful. He didn't like being handled at the vet and was even afraid of scrubs. Yet the vet that helped us was very patient and took her time. She even sat in the room to let him adjust to her and pet him before she did anything else like giving shots. When we had this dog put down, the staff was very patient and respectful.. We have since brought another dog and cat in for both normal and emergency visits. They have been great each time.

K.B. I've been going to Callfield for about 2 years and have always enjoyed my experience. They are prompt with appointments and they see exotic pets. Staff is always friendly and remembers us and have always worked to get us in in a timely way. They even stayed late and didn't charge an emergency fee when our dog was vomiting and I called saying I was on my way and we were going to get there 15 mins after closing. They may be a little more expensive than other vets, but I am more than willing to pay for the peace of mind and expertise of the Callfield vets! So happy with our service here.
