L.B. Highly recommended for emergency vet services. The clinicians were very thorough and provided excellent care for my cat who had a bladder obstruction. I received a phone call from the vet at every shift change with an update on how Smokey was progressing.
B.S. Unfortunately my and my wife’s cat suffered a medical incident late in the evening. The staff was kind and courteous to our family. After testing and a conversation about quality of life we were faced with a decision that I hope no one else will ever have to face. The staff was compassionate beyond belief and walked us through the process, they allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted to with him in a private room and when we were ready they came in and provided us with a step by step process of what was happening. After the procedure was complete they handled him with such love and care, as if he was there own and allowed my wife and I to spend as much time as we needed in an exam room to grieve. I can’t say how much I appreciate the staff do everything they did to make our buddy comfortable and to support us.
M.C. The last thing our family expected, the day after Christmas, 2022 was to lose our dog. I called panicking b/c I didn’t know what to do. Our girl was still alive, but struggling. My kids and I managed to get her from the yard to the truck and drove to the ER in almost complete silence. We all kind of knew…. I’ve read the reviews that had bad things to say about this place, and I get it. When you’re losing a family member and the prognosis is bleak, it’s easy to blame the staff or the facility or the wait time or the cost. But if they could save your pet, no amount of money would be too much. It’s just hard to reconcile paying a lot and still losing them. But that’s the grief talking—not the reality of the situation. Our dog’s care was provided after hours by well-trained professionals who were doing all they could to help her.. The staff was compassionate and attentive and made Dahlia and her family (us) as comfortable as possible. They gave us options at every turn, and we opted to let her go, because the idea of prolonging her suffering was gut-wrenching.. When they brought her to us to say goodbye, she looked peaceful, and we were talked through the euthanasia process so nothing was surprising or unsettling. It was almost uneventful, except for the devastating loss.. The cost didn’t bother me a bit. Dahlia received excellent care, after hours, at a well staffed facility. I know she exited the world being treated by people who cared that she was clean, warm, comfortable and with her family at the end of her life. There’s no monetary value that can be placed on that….
H.M. My fiance and I went to see a movie Saturday night. When we returned home at midnight, my senior rescue dog did not look well. She was trembling. Her temperature was 104. 5. I immediately panicked. I put her in my suv and drove to this hospital. I ran in and told the front desk staff that I needed help. They took her back. They put me in a room. And I met the doctor taking care of her. I was treated exceptionally well by Kelsey and by Dr. Warcholek. They were kind, understanding, and patient with me. I know I was a mess. I ran in there yelling and crying. Kelsey was incredibly sweet and helpful. She reassured me. She was friendly to my dog and took time to pet her. I am so grateful to her for being so kind and compassionate. Dr. Warcholek was amazing. He greeted me with a handshake and immediately gave me an update on my girl. He suggested blood work and I immediately agreed. As it turned out, Bella was normal. Her temperature went back down to normal. Her vitals were normal. Her blood work came back near perfect. I was pretty embarrassed that I panicked the way I did, however she is a senior dog with cancer so I do tend to worry about her. I'm so grateful to the doctor and to Kelsey. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this hospital in your pets time of need.
G.F. Absolutely amazing experience. My 5 month old dog was unfortunately hit by a car. The staff immediately took him back right when I got there and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He had to stay overnight, and I was able to get updates from the vet multiple times throughout the night and still feel involved in his care! So thankful for all of the staffs support and happy to have my boy home. It is more on the expensive side, but worth it for the care they were able to provide.
R.S. I can't say enough about our experience with this Veterinary office. Our puppy Bailey was in critical condition, they pulled her through and we couldn't be happier for her to be home. The entire staff was as friendly as could be and very professional. Communication was great though the entire process, with updates along the way of a 36 hour stay. If it weren't for them we would have lost her. So very thankful.
M.H. I am thrilled with the amazing staff and the quality work they did for my baby. The staff was very quick to have him seen and very informative on everything including cost. It wasn't as pricey as I thought it would be especially for the condition my dog was in. From assisting us to get him inside to understanding his condition all the way to the estimated bill, the staff was understanding, friendly and professional. It makes me wish I lived closer to them so they could also be our routine vet! I cannot thank them enough!
R.D. Our Gus got out of our backyard while we were at my sister’s rehearsal dinner. Our neighbors and friends tried to find him but no luck. He was found after being hit by a car, the next day and some amazing people found us and met my husband at the emergency vet. My husband said that the staff were incredibly kind and efficient. They took X-rays and treated him for shock. He had no broken bones?? and lung contusions, so he was kept overnight. I was able to bring our kids after the wedding and meet my husband up there so we could all see Gus and love him. This morning, we received a phone call with an update on his condition and we should be picking him up this afternoon. The communication has been great, the staff were all very compassionate and efficient. They were VERY BUSY and handled it all very well! We are so thankful to everyone there.
