Just took my dog to get her nails trimmed and the curbside service was amazing!!.
MOST of the employees were nice, but the vet on staff was horrible.
This is definitely the best place to bring your reptiles to.

D.B. Omg these people are rock stars. My dog was super sick and we were scared she was gonna die. after bringing her in, she was diagnosed with parvo. They saved her life. they sent me home with the proper medicine and treatments and after 3 days she started feeling better and was back to her normal self within a week. I cant thank these people enough for what they did. Id definitely recommend them and 5 stars for sure.

S.H.J. We have been bringing our pets to vca mesa since 2002. All our animals have received such loving care. I trust this veterinary clinic completely. They take their time with the animal to get to know them and always call to check up on our pets after every visit. But what motivates me to leave this endorsement today was the thoughtfulness they’ve shown. We just recently lost our older cat. He was very old and we knew his time was short. We had made an appt to have him seen to see if there was anything we could do to make him more comfortable. He ended up passing the night before his appt. So I left a message that we wouldn’t be at the appt the following morning. A couple days later, we received what looked to be the standard sympathy card in the mail. That is nice to hear from the vet when the pet crosses the rainbow bridge. But what left me speechless was the card had personal messages written by every staff member in the clinic. I have not seen this effort to recognize the loss of a pet before from anyone. It sets this establishment apart and I will always trust my pets’ care and recommend them to whoever is looking for a veterinarian for their fur babies. Thank you Dr Danner and the staff at VCA Mesa. ♥️.

T.C. Our dog ate a toy and we took him here. We were so worried. The front desk girls were so amazing. Very friendly and helped ease our stress. Dr. Brian is by far the best vet I've ever met. He really knows what hes talking about. He saved us from spending a lot money that was unecessary due to his 26year experience with this type of situation. He took the time to explain our options pricing and everything in between. So thankful for him and his staff. P. s. our dog puked up the toy. He's all good now ;).

N.H. They diagnosed my dog with a brain tumor when other doctors could not figure out what was wrong with him. They provided enough medication for comfort care until we could arrange at home euthanization. So kind, compassionate and caring. I will definitely return if we need a vet specialist.

N.L. New Years Eve my dog was lethargic and very ill. I brought him there immediately and they were so kind and caring. For emergencies I highly recommend this place. He stayed the night and came home the next day. Honestly for an emergency visit and overnight stay it was not as high as we expected to pay. Great caring kind place!

S.B. I adopted Gus (Pugltese aka Pug & Maltese) from the Humane Society. They gave me a free checkup for him at any VCA Animal Hospital. I fell in love with the staff. They are amazing, carrying, thoughtful, attentive. It is a dream come true to have found them. I so very grateful.

T.C. My Dog Peewee was a patient at VCA Mesa from 2014 till he passed in 2020. I just want to start by saying that this is the best Vet hospital that I have ever found. Peewee my Chihuahua mix was born in Ohio in 2009 and when we moved to Meza Az In 2014 I found this Vet’s office and so happy I did they took care of my baby updated his vaccines and any other issues he had through the years. I did lived in Washington state for a year and had a bad experience with 2 veterans and was happy when we came back to Arizona and knew my baby would be in great hands. The whole staff was always friendly and polite. The vet’s were friendly and took great care of Peewee and when the time came to put him down I honestly couldn’t have been in a better place than VCA Mesa they took care of us help us and the Vet that helped us that day she was just sweet and so compassionate. Then they send us a card signed by everyone that was a lovely gesture and showed Peewee wasn’t just another patient but part of the family. Thank you so much VCA Mesa team.

D.A. I took my ailing min pin to them last week to have her relieved from all of her aches and pains. She was 14 and led and loving and spoiled life. The staff and vet was outstanding and understanding of the situation and a very tough situation a bit easier. They explained the process and that my beloved dog wouldn't feel any pain. They consoled me and let me have all the time i needed with her to make things a bit less painful. I had her cremated and showed me a very nice cedar box with a heart pendant with her name on it and also a mold of her paw print. I didn't have to go thru any painful choices. I received a card from the office with multiple staff members giving condolences. I picked up my dogs remains a few days later and they again said they were sorry for my loss. Everyone there truly cares and is compassionate for both you and your pet. I am so thankful for them in such a difficult time.
