Animal Medical Center was opened in 1995 by Dr. Mike McLaughlin, moving to its state-of-the-art facilities in October of 1999.

Featuring 94 full-size kennel runs and the expertise of 3 veterinary doctors, the clinic has earned a reputation as being the premier provider of veterinary care.

A.K. They take great care of my pups here. One of mine recently lost her rabies tag so I called to see if I could come by in the next few days to get a new one. The next day one was in the mailbox. They had sent a new one out and I didn’t have to go by there. This was so thoughtful and helpful!

A. Id like to thank the Dr. Mike and the whole staff for calling me and helping me through the loss of my dog, and am so thankful for everything they did. I'm so very thankful for amazing people to be their for my dog and helping through this hard time. Thank you all to everyone there.

R.J. This facility used to be top notch all the way. Since its been sold to new owners the staff has changed and service had dropped. It's noticable that there is less staff. Playtimes for the dogs are disorganized (not a certain amount of time and put close together vs early morning and mid afternoon). No more pics of our puppies at playtime, no more sheets with notes of concerns or acticity, no frills, just basic, minimal care/playtime. Prices are higher and staff seems unhappy and terse at best. I can't say that the pets aren't getting good care, it's just not the same experience.

C.D. Been with this Vet for over 9 years now and all I can say is THANK YOU! The staff and care is awesome.. We've had a couple older babies that they help us very comforting depart with and now we just got our new baby Golden Retriever and wouldn't trust her with anyone else..

J.H. My dog is always excited to come here. Staff is always friendly to me and to her. Besides set appointments, you can schedule a drop off, if an appointment won't work for you. I have also boarded my fur baby with them and I have had no worries or concerns. She comes home healthy and happy every time.

K.H. The people there are very friendly and professional. They handled my dog with care and efficiency. I like this place for pet care a lot!

B.S. Exponentially more compassionate and nicer than.. other certain big name vet clinics in the area. I took my chihuahua in for the first time, on the fly with no appt, due to her waking up with a swollen face. She is a nervous wreck whenever at the vet's office, but the super nice techs and front desk workers enabled her to chill pretty quickly, which is good considering I had to leave her there for the morning so they can do the exam and see what's up. And the new client discount was awesome considering this situation was unexpected out of the blue! Definitely recommend this vet for your fur baby.. especially if other places have frustrated, aggravated, infuriated, or otherwise given you the runaround!

J.S. My dog loves going to the vet, and she goes often. She is a senior pug, with lots of problems. Her care has always been top notch here. Caring doctors and staff. We've been through a lot with our dogs health and thanks to their patience and care she is still with us.
