L.K. The staff and Dr's are great. We appreciate the support and care we receive at Pets First.
J.M. The staff from the front desk, vet tech to Dr Christable were ready for our little emergency today. With their knowledge We were calmed down and when the lab results were in Doctor Christable called us right away. 10 out of 10.
A.A. Took my dog for boarding for an extended period of time. They took great care of her and at a reasonable cost. She loves going because she gets plenty of attention from staff. Great! Thank you!
V.M. The vet really eased my mind when doing a check up on my pet Mimi and it turned out to be a much more minor issue than expected. I appreciated the honesty and fair price point. Thanks Pets first! We're definitely making you our primary provider!
Y.A. Dr. McKown scheduled us for an exam last minute on a Saturday morning. He was also able to squeeze us in for an urgent surgery on my pup, that Monday morning. Keep up the good work you guys! Thank you for caring and for taking care of us. ♥️.
M.D. Being new to the area and needing a vet, I started to ask patrons of the local dog parks for a reference. The only name that was given to me by at least four people, in both Meridian and Boise, was Pets First. There is no question those people were accurate in their recommendation, and as a result, I am greatly appreciative. This weekend, one of my dogs started to act like something was wrong with his right eye. I could see no trauma or indications of a pernicious influence, but it was clear something was wrong. I spent the mostly sleepless weekend trying to keep the eye and general area clean as well as trying to determine what was wrong. Monday morning came, I called Pets First first thing in the morning, just before 9AM. Amazingly they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment that very morning. Even on the phone they demonstrated they are caring and knowledgeable mentioning you cannot ignore eye issues. Although I was going there for the one dog with the eye issue, I took both dogs with me. Even though they were not scheduled to see the other dog, they helped update his shots and gave him a standard check up while we were there. They were readily able to ascertain there was a scratch on the eye itself and gave me some medicine to help with infection and healing. They were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, caring, communicative and informative. They put my mind and heart at ease. Hopefully now, both the dog and I can get some sleep. Their name really says it all, Pets First.
S.R. We have taken our Sandy to see Dr Christophel several times and have received excellent care each time. The staff is great. Thank you Pets First!
K.F. Yet again, this place is absolutely top. From the front end ladies to the doctors, I honestly say they really do treat you and your pets like family. It’s weird when you get kinda excited to go to the vets because they scream love. Thank you so much for how wonderful all of you are.
