D.J. Dr Rowan was extremely thorough and caring in diagnosing my dog with sudden onset blindness. She did the labs which were needed. She went above and beyond by calling the ophthalmologist to get my precious dog in ASAP. my appointment was scheduled very quickly thanks to Dr Rowan. She knew how upset I was over the situation and was informative and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Rowan.

A.S. Staff is super helpful and friendly! The vet and the tech were super helpful in getting my pup better. He's a totally different pup from day 1 to where he is now! See you guys soon!

R.H. As housesitters, we never experienced having to take a pet to the vet but Maxine health was declining. The vet did a great job explain to us as well as the pet owner what was going on and what needed to be done. Unfortunately Maxine health had declined to much and we had to have her euthanized. They did a great job at making her comfortable as she went to rest. Thank You.

L.M. We love Rutherford. The staff and doctors are so kind. Dr. Rowan and Dr. Young have both been so wonderful and truly love my dog. They have helped to save her life (since she has multiple health issues). Dr. Oakland has been amazing too. I'm so thankful for Rutherford and even though I have moved, I will never change vets. Misty is in the best hands ever! ❤️.

E.D. VIP treatment at fair prices- we love Rutherford! All of the staff are so kind and the vets know what they are doing and do not try to rip you off. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet but Rutherford.

M.M.W.W. Very caring and compassionate staff. Definitely feel safe leaving my pets in their care? lobby is closed bc of covid so wait can be long at times but you're usually attended to pretty soon after making it inside.

R.S. I adopted a dog recently and he is very skiddish and nervous because he was not exposed to very much in his previous home. The entire staff at Rutherford veterinary Hospital went out of their way to make him feel as comfortable and secure as possible. The service was absolutely amazing from the tech that assisted us when we first walked in to the time that we left. The Doctor was knowledgeable, great with my dog, and took time to answer all of my million and one questions. They even called the next day to check on Major and sent a welcome card in the mail. FANTASTIC experience, I was so nervous he would have a negative experience for his first vet trip, but it was literally a cake walk thanks to the staff and doctor here! Can’t recommend them enough. Major loved his adaptil bandana and didn’t want to take it off when we got home :).
