Y.M. Dr New and his staff are a really great team. My pup travels a bunch and has met many vets. She loved Dr. New! I enjoyed him sharing knowledge of (basic) issues that can extend a dogs quality of life and most thorough exam of my girl’s eyes. He addressed all my questions. Great vet! Prices were very reasonable too. Rarely have I left a vet feeling like “that was so worth what I spent”…. Glad to know there is a good vet we can go to in Juneau.

D.R. Update.. Due to a mix up for scheduling, we missed our first appointment, the receptionist realized how serious it was, . scheduled us for the next available appointment. Once the surgery was done,. was given clear and concise follow up instructions. And a conversation about short staffing, made me understand better of the in house situation,.. Bottom line is I will be patient so that my fur babies can be seen be can be seen by a doctor I trust. Thank you juneau Vetanary Hospital.
