R.K. Wow is pretty much all I can say, but I will say more! I took my dog Boh into SHV for the first time this week and they were able to get us in same day! My dog deals with skin allergies and it was time for his allergy shot.. One of the major reasons I picked this hospital is because they accept Care Credit unlike another hospital in the immediate area and how quickly they responded to my texts! (Yes, you can text this hospital! ). The staff were absolutely amazing and the doctor was very kind and thorough to make sure all my dogs needs were met.. 10/10 would recommend.

R.S. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and patient with Frida, she’s really a handful. The staff was gentle with her exam; they are knowledgeable and professional, they were kind and congenial. Thanks to everyone for making Frida and me comfortable.

T.S. I need a lot more stars to even begin to rate this place accurately. Hopefully words will make up for the lack of them:. In this office, you’re sure to find the staff welcome your personal knowledge and experience with your pet. They integrate it phenomenally well with their professional expertise and experience. The lines of the two blur upon arrival as they meet. My dog, Cohen, lived to be 18 years old and I still have another senior dog, Jackson, who is 9/10ish years old. In 18 years we’ve moved a lot and have seen quite a few doctors. When the end of Cohen’s life came near, I couldn’t imagine dealing with any of the past vets we’d seen. Dr. C added quality years to his life and I’m so grateful to know that Jackson will continue to receive the same care and guidance. We now travel over an hour for our appts because there truly is no better place. ♥️?.

A.H. Brought our senior cat for urinary test. Great experience. Very friendly and considerate doctor and technicians. Values our decision moving forward. Since there is a one person in exam room policy, I was the only one going in. As I expressed that my boyfriend who was sitting outside would like to know the test result and what does the urine sample look like, the doctor and technicians very kindly went outside and showed it to him. Throughout the ultrasound, they are very friendly and encouraging to my cat. My cat had stressful vet visit before, but this time is very calm (when she was not examined ofc lol). They know and care about cat. That I am sure. Very transparent as well—explain explicitly about both the exam process and potential fee before physical exam which is extremely appreciated.

My parents have been going to you for as long as I remember, and they always left feeling so taken care of. So, when it came time for me to move out and start my own family with my own furry friends, I knew in my heart that y'all were the ones to trust. You even went so far as to reach out to me when you heard that one of my pets had passed, just to make sure that I was okay. Thank you for everything you've done for my family, our pets, and myself.

A.S. The most friendly, competent and calming vet experience. Asfirst time pet owner I feel very lucky to have them as my neighborhood vet and my pet is super happy as well. They are very detailed and have given me great guidance on things to look out for.
