Dr Bacon and staff gave qualiy compassionate care.
Plus I was forced drive back for pain meds for dog they forgot to give me.
Amazing vets and vet techs and the front end staff is amazing too.

J.M. Quick in and out for 2 dogs woth 2 seeks of each other. Malamute diagnosed with an auto immune disease, given steroids and within hours was back to normal. 2nd dog almost cut her paw pad off and they did a quick surgery on her, you can't even tell she had an accident.

K.M. I was very happy that I called and got an appointment the same day for my pet. The wait time was also very minimal and I appreciated that the vet actually tried to see what the issue was with my pet rather than just giving a Cone and meds. I would recommend this place and even consider switching to this vet for future appointments.

R.B. I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Benjamin Kuhn. He was so good with my dog; she just loved him from the first second. It's true that dogs can tell about a person. He gave her vaccines gently to avoid any unnecessary pain. He was very knowledgeable but also patient with a new pet owner and explained things without making me feel silly for asking. Best vet ever!

R.C. I'd like to thank Dr. Kuhn and Sam. Sam was really sweet and understanding on the phone and helped me get an appointment quickly. I'm not sure I can articulate or find the way to describe how thankful I am for Dr. Kuhn. I knew it was time to put our cat to sleep, but I would have gone on forever without making the choice. He knew this was best, and so did I.. I just really needed someone to be matter-of-fact with me, and not be afraid to have this crucial conversation. K.J. Every interaction I've had here with the people has been a positive one. They genuinely care for my furry babies. Dr Chen is one of the most compassionate vets I've met. She even called to check on my kitty after seeing him for very serious health issues. I'm so glad to have found a vet clinic in Fairbanks where I know my animals are well cared for.

E.K. I will always sing the praises of Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital team. Dr. Deleon is a fantastic surgeon and has always been generous with her time and policies.. I have taken several pets there over the decade (one seems to be there every other month! ), and only once did I have a problem - years ago - and that vet is no longer there, and Dr. Deleon made it right, and still checks on that problem every time I go in to see her with that dog.. The specialists are great, and the regular vets do not hesitate to refer you if they think your pet will be better off seeing a specialist.

J.R. My boy Oliver started acting abnormally and after monitoring for two hours decided to call and ask for advice. Being new to the area we weren’t established patients anywhere. The receptionist was so polite and helpful after hearing what was going on with Oliver. He recommended we bring him in to be seen and explained that there would be an urgent care fee which I completely understood. We loaded him up and made our way down to the office. Upon arrival I was told to call and check in and they would get us in as soon as possible. We parked and waited maybe 20 - 25 minutes. The staff worked quickly and efficiently and the vet had wonderful insight as to what might be making Oliver not feel well. All in all it was a wonderful encounter from start to finish. To say the least we will be going back for all of our fur babies veterinary care from now on!

S.S. These folks have been our babies Dr's since they were 5 weeks old. They are very caring and thorough. Each pet is priority. We love them. When we lost Opie all the staff felt the lose and was very caring.
