Great service and personable front desk staff.
Dr. Hancock and her staff treated my dog like it was theirs.
However the reason im rating so low deals customer service and pricing.

D.A. I will never ever be able to sufficiently thank the staff at Richmond Road Veterinary Clinic or Dr Wynn enough for the SUPERB care given to our beloved Steeler. Dr Wynn went above and beyond helping our baby. She was available to us during our hardest and most difficult time and decision. She consulted with specialists. She was honest and forthcoming and most importantly, hopeful. She was available during weekends and evenings outside of her normal hours. She checked on us after our baby went to heaven. She had a stunning portrait commissioned for us AND made a donation in Steelers name to our local Humane Society. She will forever be a part of our family. We will forever be appreciative and grateful.

E.C. Definitely recommend! About 6 weeks ago, we brought home two puppies. We knew we wanted to go somewhere close to the house as they were a little nervous on car rides. We found Richmond Road Veterinary Clinic and they were able to fit us in right away.. The staff are incredibly friendly and have been so wonderful to our two pups. Our vet is Dr. Keri Wynn. She’s so kind, attentive, and informative. We couldn’t ask for better service!

They actually did one medication on him and charged me ZERO dollars for it because they wanted to help him and I didn't have enough money on me. I was so grateful for every person there in that building! I will go back anytime I need to! They were so gently and sweet and kind!

L.G. I recently had an emergency with my boy. Richmond rd was able to squeeze me in even though I was not previously a client. They were so kind & did absolutely everything in my boys best interest! We are still working on the case because of his diagnostics & they have called almost daily to check in on him! The doctors and staff truly care about their clients and patients. A.G.K. Richmond Road Vet Clinic gets more than 5 stars. We had two older dogs so the past year we had to go to the Vet almost once a month. Dr. Hancock is our normal vet and she is phenomenal. However, we have also meet with a few others in the practice and they were great as well. Dr. Hancock has walked us through all of our puppers medical issues and made sure were understood our options. Unfortunately, we had to put our little man to sleep because of lymphoma and she was there to walk us through the process and was there to support us and cry along with us.. We got married about a month ago on a cruise and with our pupper’s medical problems we were a little worried to leave her. However, the vet kenneled her so we had no worries that she would receive the best care possible. We know she was treated great because when we went to pick her up her tail was wagging and she was running around greeting all of the employees.. I would recommend this practice to absolutely anyone looking for a caring and one of a kind vet.

E.E. We are a multi dog home and have been looking to establish new care for our senior pups. In the last two weeks, 2 of ours needed to get in quickly. We were able to get in with Dr. Finch and she was fantastic with both of them. All my dogs have “personality” and the staff worked with them no problem and highest level of care while understanding my goals of keeping my oldest comfortable during what may be a shorter time left for him and the goal of keeping the wild fence climbing girl at her best. Happy to have found them and look forward to getting the rest of the crew in to establish their care as well. Added photos of the two visitors for tax :).
