C.J.S. One of the very few clinics that see hedgehogs. Dr. Khoo is amazing and has more knowledge of hedgies than anyone we've ever seen.

H.I.P. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They're especially kind to my extremely anxious dog. They know her by name and always fuss over her when she comes in. They're very supportive and have helped me to navigate various illnesses/diseases and treatment plans. Can't recommend them enough!

P.L. Staff there is vary helpful and always welcome you with smile, highly recommended to take your pet there.

C.E. This vet office is great. Staff really caring and knowledgeable. I've been bringing my pets here for years, from my rabbits to all my dogs. Vets explain everything well, answer questions and I feel good about my pets care.. I've since moved and still make the drive across town to the doctors at ER animal clinic. I trust their opinions and what's best care for the fur babies.

J.A. My rabbit fell severely ill while I was away on vacation. He was constipated (lord knows how long) and had terrible gas. I was panicking as they did not have an available doctor to see Milton (my rabbit) however, they called me the same day advising there was a cancellation. I went to the clinic 3 days in a row as Milton was in terrible condition to the point where the “quality of life” conversation came up. They are not an emergency clinic (where there is overnight staff) but they let me drop Milton every morning and pick him up before they closed. By the 3rd day Milton had improved. Now Milton is back to his healthy state and his usual routine.. Thank you Dr Hardin and Eagle Ridge Hospital staff for dedicating your time to help animals and especially my Milton. There are not many veterinaries that tend to rabbits but Milton and I were lucky to have found you. I don’t know what I would have done without you!

Z.M. Brought our beloved bunny Thomas who had injured his eye very badly after running into something. It was very heartbreaking. We took him to another clinic in Iangley and were told to euthanize him :(( it was very heartless for the vet tech to tell my 17yr old that. Anyhow, we brought him to Eagleridge hospital and I cannot THANK THEM enough. Dr Khoo is brilliant and the staff are so compassionate. Unfortunately the eye had to be removed, but that saved his life. He was down for a few days but back up in 4-5 days. He’s fully recovered now and healthy looks great! It is not cheap by any means, if anyone is enquiring, but if you love your fluffs and want them around, Definitely worth it. Highly recommend the hospital staff! :).
