Kittery Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.

We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialty referral hospitals when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels and full service grooming.

At Kittery Animal Hospital we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. S.P. Visit was fantastic. From the phone conversation with Tech to the conversation with Dr.. Everything was great and Rylee had a good visit. Nail went very good as well.. Thanks Kittery Animal Hospital.. you have made the transition from NC to ME very easy for Rylee(Dog) and Duke(cat).

D.W. Our first visit ?. Everyone was nice. The doctor was very good to my lil girl he was gentle. She got vaccines and didn’t even budge when done like it didn’t happen I was very happy with that.

R.D. My senior pug had a nail trim for the first time at Kittery Animal Hospital. I was dissatisfied with my current groomer and decided to switch based on a recommendation. So glad I did! The groomer did a fantastic job and understood the special needs this old boy had. I’ll definitely bring him there for whatever grooming services are needed.

D.D. I highly recommend Kittery Animal Hospital. I was desperately seeking a new groomer for my two Persian cats after moving to Maine over the summer. Due to three recent family weddings (including my own), dealing with the move and finishing construction on our new house, and having no luck initially finding a groomer, my babies were extremely matted and in pretty rough shape. I am beyond thrilled to have found Desiree at KAH who did an amazing job on my cats. They each got amazing lion cuts and baths today and are happily roaming around the house, clean and mat-free for the first time in a long time! Desiree was so professional. . . reviewed all procedures, tools to be used, and prices prior to the grooming. . . honestly can't say enough good things about her work! During our pre-grooming appointment, I was extremely impressed with the other staff, techs, and vet that we interacted with as well. We'll be returning in eight weeks for baths and sanitary trims!

L.M. Theo came to us as an emaciated, sick foster pup. Dr Moffat and his team are amazing! They took such good care of Theo when the emergency vet had no interest in helping him because they thought he was a “lost cause”. We helped Theo escape the he** he came from and didn’t want to give up on him. Dr. Moffat and his team provided the best care and gave us what we needed to continue his treatment and care.
