I.D. Very easy to make an appointment for the same day. Good expertise and care during the visit. My Dogs love to come and have no hesitation to coming again. Nice staff, doctors and assistance. We were using Bergen Veterinary Hospital for a long time.

S.C. I go to Bergen Veterinary Hospital for my two cats. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Every member of their staff is kind, friendly, sweet, and patient. I’m a very sensitive and anxious person, but always feel that my family is safe while at the vet.. The staff all take the time to give love to the animals. They are also very hyper aware of each animal’s emotional well-being, and work with the owners to keep everyone calm and happy.. They give thorough exams. They follow up on any issues that come up. They don’t dismiss my concerns.. Definitely recommend Bergen Veterinary Hospital!

H.A.K. After coming for years, i moved over an hour away. I was very sad to leave and during the last year and half I haven't found an animal hospital/vets office that I felt confident bringing my senior dog to; so now I am driving an hour + to see Dr. Suss! And of course for the after visit treats ?.

D.S. These are some of the best vets and techs around. Special thanks to Dr. Gordon, who is wonderful. We had a sick cat who with her help and support is 100% better now. She takes the time to answer questions, is supportive and you never feel rushed by her. She is truly fantastic. Also I think their pricing is extremely reasonable. Definitely take your pet there.

D.L. Bergen Veterinary Hospital is the best. My 2 dogs have seen all the veterinarians at this facility. They are all kind patient and knowledgeable. My dogs like Dr. Gordon the best. She is extremely patient, diagnosed my 1 dog with cancer got her the right treatment. Always takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is the best. The front staff is always friendly and really try’s to accommodate when needed. Would definitely recommend this Veterinary facility. Thank you for taking such great care of my dogs.

G.N. My feisty cat, Apple, was handled extremely well and with SO much love and care! Most vets would say they would not have been able to see her because of her temper, but Dr. Castro took great care of her and did her best to look at my kitten. The staff is so friendly and loving. This is definitely the best vet I have ever been to.

P.M. We adopted a dog and he had an ear infection, we called every vet in the area and not one even called us back. I reached out to Bergen vetinary and told them the story and they had me bring him in immediately. This place was wonderful lovely caring people. They are a very busy practice but animal care top priority not money. We found our new vet. ❤️❤️.

N.C. My one cat was diagnosed with acute renal failure by an emergency vet on Tuesday. A few years ago I brought my other cat here when he was a kitten, and unfortunately we have not been here since. We were still in the system, and they had no problem squeezing us in for late last night. Unfortunately, my sweet little boy had to be put to sleep because his kidney failure was too severe. Dr. Jennifer Gordon is one of the most compassionate, kind-hearted vets I've dealt with (because we were short on funds and wanted our little guy's remains, she was able to provide us with a compassion card so we did not have to pay for the cremation), and even she was upset with my cat's situation given his young age. I cannot thank Dr. Gordon and the staff enough for helping us through this difficult time, even with the ongoing pandemic.. I made an appointment for my other cat for his wellness exam, and I specifically requested Dr. Gordon. I would recommend this vet (and entire facility) to anyone, and you can rest assured your animal will be taken care of with care and compassion.
