H.K. The vet and the assistant was extremely good with my 2 Chinese shar peis. They were easy with them and they didn't make me separate them. I've had my dogs for almost 5 years now and this is the first time they have had the greatest vet experience! This place is amazing and gentle and calm with dogs. They are very easy when it comes to having to pay. They will make arrangements for you. Highly recommend this vet office! Plus they aren't ridiculously expensive either! They also offer military discount which is rare to find. I live in Texas and was with my boyfriend getting ready to move down and this will be my new vet office! One of the ladies at the front can come off rude or stuck up but she just has the RBF. Everyone was nice and polite.

B. Being new to Lake Charles I did not have a vet in place. Through a referral from an emergency facility my daughter Roxi was taken there. After getting in to see the vet and seeing an X-ray she was taken for an ultrasound. Within an hour I was notified that she has an extremly large tumor that was attached to the spleen. The tumor was bleeding and the spleen was about to rupture, so Roxi had to have surgery right away. UAC allowed me to come see her before going into surgery as she is a 15 yr. old lab. They let me spend as much time as I needed in case that was the last time I would see my daughter.. Roxi pulled through the surgery and they removed a 2+ lb. bleeding tumor and spleen.. The staff and doctors are polite, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and open to every question I had and I had a lot.. Words cannot express my gratitude for saving my daughters life and the care that was provided to my daughter.. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

M.L. From the time we walked in everyone was nice and friendly. I was a walk in and seen the doctor fast. Doctor explained what was needed and took great care of my puppy. Blake was calm and even got his nails clipped. Will be returning for next set of shots. Thanks for great service! Very pleased!

R.S. No reservations necessary for this exam! Very friendly receptionist. Good waiting area. Taken to exam room in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Soileau (I think - she doesn't appear on your web site) listened to me, was very gentle with my dog, April. Clearly explained the results of her assessment of April's knee, and the procedure that I should follow. Made an appointment for me, amount charged was reasonable.

P.G. I cannot even start to explain how happy I am with the clinic and the staff. Absolutely amazing. My dog has anxiety. Every time we came in here they handled him with care and have taken a great approach. Patience was key. He has become more comfortable with going there and has come to love the staff. I would recommend them to anyone. They take their time and always stay over the business hours if needed. They are super friendly.

I drove in from Texas. They quickly treated my pup. Very friendly and professional staff. The service was very reasonable.
