C.N. Highly recommend! Dr. Michael was wonderful! He took his time to explain my pet’s emergency issue. Unlike other veterinarians, he seemed to truly care. The staff, including Roberto and Bria, we’re also very friendly and helpful. So glad I found this fantastic group.

R.E. Unfortunately, five starts are the most you can give this excellent animal hospital. Everyone is highly professional and genuinely compassionate. As for their vet staff, they are amazing. As for Dr. Seco, each time we bring in our two dogs (Luna & Juno), she takes the time to listen and formulates the best course of treatment. I would not think of going anywhere else when it comes to the care of our animals. A true asset to the community. Keep up the great work, everyone!

J.B. I had amazing experience at the veterinary clinic. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very kind front desk worker named Natalie and she was very attentive and helpful. From the moment I walked in she tone care of me and called the boarding supervisor Jessica who gave me and my mom a tour of the boarding facility and I was extremely surprised because my mom is very picky when it comes to our dogs but everything was so clean and cozy it didn’t even give hospital vibes it was more like a pet hotel and it smelled amazing. I had never seen a place where I could tell that all the dogs were truly happy and taken care of. The boarding supervisor Jessica took really good care of us and gave us a tour of everything and answered all the questions with lots of patience and kindness and I could tell that she actually loved what she was doing and that she took really good care of the dogs. It didn’t give me any bad vibes and all the puppies looked very well taken care of. Overall, all the girls were very nice and had a big smile on their faces. The environment is just sensational and I will definitely be bringing my dogs there. They also have beautiful puppies up for adoption in an amazing grooming service.

G.V. The care and attention the staff have in this animal hospital is great! I took my dog Chewie for an eye infection the other day and the doctor not only addressed the infection, but also checked his ears and found another bacteria and was willing to find the root cause of the allergies he had been getting. The doctor took her time to explain everything to me, and if you’re looking for a caring and attentive staff, this is the place for you.

M.S.C. Beyond impressed with Dr. Hany Michael and staff. I’ve honestly never met such a caring doctor. To not knowing me and my dog, Dr. Michael went out of his way to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have a 13-year-old beagle and have a lot of experience with veterinarians. The care and service I get is above and beyond, Dr. Michael was so caring through the toughest moments of having to say goodbye to my 16 years old Rocky. They are genuinely care for your pets and take time answer any questions or concerns that you may have. K.K. Our pets have been taken care of by Dr. Shaffer and the staff at Town and Country Animal Hospital for several years. I have a bulldog that requires treatment on a monthly basis to ensure her good health. We are usually seen at the time of our appointment with minimal wait. We are treated professionally and with care. Dr. Shaffer always takes the time to meet with us and explain treatment plans and answer any questions that we have. Not only is Dr. Shaffer a great vet but the vet techs are helpful and caring and the ladies at the front desk do a great job handling the paperwork. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet here.
