C.G. We absolutely love bringing our dogs here! Everyone here has made our experience great. We switched vets due to issues with the previous and they have made the switch incredibly easy. The vets meet your dogs where they are and do everything they can to make them feel comfortable. It's clear they all care about what they do and the adjustments they made to our dogs treatment plan has made a drastic difference in his health. So grateful for the group here and we are happy that we switched!
G.J. Wonderful place to care for your fur babies. The doctors and staff are great! Snickers my chorkie get excited when we get to the parking lot even when he isn’t feeling well. He loves it there. You feel the welcoming/relaxed atmosphere when you walk in. Thanks for taken good care of my fur baby.
H.R. We've had a hard time finding a vet we loved and during the pandemic we found Animal hospital of Waynesboro. I have had a tech and a walk in doctor be rude to me on two different occasions (same doctor and tech) however the rest of the staff have been nothing but sweet and kind! I highly recommend Dr. Ward and Dr. Reinhard! Both of these doctors have gone above and beyond to make sure my pets needs and illnesses were addressed! The receptionists are always very kind as well. I do wish they would extend their tech appointment hours as one of my pets requires Lazer therapy and cytopoint injections but they do work with us to try to get the latest tech appointment possible due to us usually having to work a little later than 5pm. Make sure you call ahead in advance because they book up quick and even if it's an urgent need I would still call ahead on your way there.
P.A. Took my 14 year old dog in for a first visit. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. We were seen very quickly and a plan was made for treatment and medications prescribed and filled immediately. My dog is somewhat vet phobic but Dr. Ward and the staff were so kind, gentle and patient with her. I highly recommend this professional and compassionate practice.
E.N. Very kind and realistic. Patient & caring despite the amount of times we've called them regarding our cat. Might take some time to get a regular new patient appointment, but emergencies are taken regardless. Really really like this place, do recommend.
B.B. Took my dog in for a new patient wellness exam, and was hesitant due to previous experiences at another vet office, with how my dog would feel and with how the atmosphere would be. Immediately walking in it felt very welcoming and everyone was super nice. I Mentioned concerns to the assistant about how my dog would do with certain things and they were very understanding and reassuring they wouldn’t stress him out and would make him feel most comfortable. I was so shocked knowing how well my dog did with everything they were doing at his exam. Goes to show that not every vet office and staff are the same and these people actually care about their patients. Very good experience for me and definitely Buzz!
B.B. They were very comforting and gracious when I came in without an appointment to help with my new dog's bleeding issue. I had just adopted her the evening prior, and when I awoke the next morning her sutures were bleeding. The Animal Hospital of Waynesboro scheduled me in quickly and were able to help resolve the issue. I am most grateful to the staff for their compassion.
L.A. So far I am very pleased with service and care. I am a very protective mom and even though I wasn't able to go in person, the conversations on the phone made me feel comfortable and at this point I think pricing is very fair. My Dolly will strive. Thank you all.
