N.L.Dr. Newman and his staff are kind and understanding! They are also transparent with you. They even provide recommendations for other hospitals when pets get sick. This is because they seem to understand it is not just about their practice but about the individual animal.
L.P.Dr. Brooks and her staff are so caring and communicative. They care for my dogs with as much thought and love as I do. I really appreciate this team of professionals.
H.A.Our little cavapoo Norah LOVED her first time with Caring Hands Animal Hospital. They truly are one of a kind in customer service - Dr. Thornton and Emily (vet tech) were so SWEET to us and answered so many of our questions. Norah had a tough time finding a vet and now she is in the hands of people who really care about animals! Thank you!
H.A.The staff is very professional and friendly. My GSD had his annual exam earlier today with Dr. Brooks and she was knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommended!
L.This place is amazing. I first came here when I adopted a 3 month old kitten, and now I've been taking my puppy here since he was 3 months old as well. The doctors here are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and they do their job very well.
M.B.My cat Ianto recently had surgery to remove a (not-so-small) growth on his shoulder. He's a little over 10 years old so I was nervous about having him undergo anesthesia. Dr. Brooks patiently answered my numerous questions during one of his regular appointments, as did the front desk and vet technicians in the weeks leading up to the surgery. Dr. Thornton and the operating team did an amazing job with his surgery - his growth was successfully removed, and he has recovered quickly and with far less discomfort than I had expected. He is back to his old self, with more energy and playfulness than I've seen in a long time. Thank you to everyone at Caring Hands!
J.S.I love this place, the staff is amazing and they always take good care of my dog. The Doctors and Nurses are extremely nice and professional and always make sure that my dog is comfortable even when he gets a bit nervous.
A.L.The care here is absolutely the best. We love Caring Hands and our Rottweiler did, too. The staff is professional and kind with animals and humans alike and the facility itself is lovely. We unexpectedly put our incredible dog down five days ago and Caring Hands was so great. They took excellent care of him in his final hours, were patient with us while we made hard decisions, and gave us plenty of time with him before, during, and after we let him go. Dr. Thornton even sent us a note a few days later. When we're ready for another dog, we will absolutely bring him here (the Arlington office).
