We have the knowledge and expertise to take your pet from being a puppy or kitten to adulthood and geriatrics. We provide all routine general-practice services, including vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries. Our facility has extensive diagnostic equipment to manage all levels of care. In cases that require specialty care, we have a staff of specialists at our hospital that can take your pet's care to the next level. We even have 24-hour emergency service to provide for your needs when the general practice is closed. We have two experienced emergency doctors on staff that look forward to helping you in times of need.

Our technical staff is second to none. We have a predominantly registered technical staff at our disposal to provide nursing care and necessary treatments 24/7. S.R. Yesterday we took our critically ill dog to the VCA facility on Montgomery NE in Albuquerque. We were hesitant initially because some of the reviews we saw were not positive; however, our vet simply did not have the imaging available to give us a diagnosis for our dog and was suggesting euthanizing her. We were not ready to do that until we knew her prognosis. From the moment I called to set up a time for us to arrive with her (we live two hours away), we were treated with such care. We found the staff, doctors and technicians to be thorough and professional. In the end, we made the painful decision to have our dog euthanized. Again, everyone was kind and supportive. I notice that some people have issues with the billing. At every point we were kept informed about what to expect and were given the option to accept or reject treatment, so we never felt we were overcharged. We will definitely use this facility in the future, should we need emergency vet care. `.

J.C. I received excellent service here when I scheduled an end of life care visit for my cat whom I rescued over 18 years ago. I was able to make an informed choice for a scheduled euthanasia with dignity for my very, very old cat. The staf and vet I met with was sympathetic and compassionate to my wishes not to push tests. They have a good facility with a private room for saying good by at your own time and when you are ready. I am so thankful I was able to hold him before, during and after, for as long as I needed to. A graceful exit to a long life well lived. Thank you for letting us have that.

M.S. The staff in the primary care section were so friendly and easy going during my dogs emergency. Marie, Mariana, maria and I'm sorry a male vet tech I don't remember his name were great. Veterinarian Hannah, was amazing. Dr. McLean and Dr. Peterson did such a great Job for my dog Scout, they warmed my heart by saying they loved her too. The only staff member I thought was really flat, didn't give off friendly vibes was Cheyenne who was a front desk person. But I would come again if my dog had an eye emergency.

E.B.H. A few nights ago our baby Boss was hurt. My partner rushed him in to get checked out. When we went to pick him up he looked so good! The Vets and Vet Techs were so amazing and just did remarkable. Boss is doing so good with his injuries, and its all thanks to these amazing people. I really want to mention the Gentleman that brought him out to us. I don't remember his name but he had long hair. He was so great with Boss. Helping us load him in the car, and his demeanor was very professional and caring. Thank you all so much!

B.B. I was so nervous about my little 7 lb 1 year old, yorkiepoo Bella Bean getting spayed. But everyone was so supportive and caring! Ivy in the Pharmacy helped prep Bella’s meds and explained everything in-person. Dr. Carrier was an amazing surgeon and my pups primary Dr. Russman delivered her to me post-op. The front office was delightful. She’s recovering so well. I’m so grateful for VCA! Thank you!
