Prices skyrocketed as well, food meds everything did not like the care.

M.E. Easily the best Vet clinic I have been to. They are so gentle with the animals and will do everything in their power to make it work financially if possible. I will never go anywhere else.

The staff have done their absolute best to fit my pets in for urgent appointments, they’re always upfront about costs & different options available, and they are knowledgeable & keen to answer every question I have. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough!

Dr. Sherwood also treats my pets and she’s amazing.. Great veterinarians, great technicians and support staff. My pets and I are very happy!

M.L. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! The staff is so incredibly professional and caring that I couldn't imagine bringing my pet anywhere else.. My cat had a tooth fall out on it's own, and the staff at VCA were very quick to get us in to get it checked out. From first walking in the door, my cat and I were treated with such kindness that I cannot even describe it. They were calming not only to my cat, but to me as well.. The issues were explained to me very clearly, and I was provided with multiple options, with accurate estimates of cost also provided. The staff, and Dr. Zhou were very clear with what offered the best chances to help my cat out.. When we decided on surgery, staff provided clear instructions and followed up the day before to ensure that we were prepared. During the day of surgery I had regular updates, with pictures of my cat also sent to help me see how he was being treated (like a prince! ). I cannot understate how much this helped with my anxiety during the surgery day.. Detailed care instructions were provided, with a follow-up booked to ensure that my cat was healing well. The follow-up was very detailed and again the next-steps were outlined. Throughout the process, the staff followed up via text, even on a holiday, to check up on my cat, his healing, and provide advice for getting him to eat, drink, and take his medication.. I could go on, and on, and on, like I already have. All I can say is that I really appreciate everything that the ENTIRE staff has done to make things easy, affordable, safe, and comforting, and Dr. Zhou has been a wonderful caregiver and guardian over my cat. Everyone at VCA General has cared for my cat as much as I do.. Thank you from Boone and I!

A.G. Dr. Sherwood is an amazing veterinarian doctor, she takes awesome good care of my two Chihuahua fur babies LuLu & Kola. The vet nurses are amazing as well. Have nothing but good experiences since I have been using their services. My girls are in good hands when I bring them into this vet. Recommend this veterinarian, give her 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
