Review:

Front staff and vet were very nice and offer very reasonable prices! :).
We have always had a very good experience with their staff and doctors.
One complaint is the price of the ear cleaning for the quality of the clean.

J.M. My Dog Leila got very sick with an abscess and wasn't eating or moving. We thought she wasn't going to make it. I called Arrowhead Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in immediately where all other animal hospitals said they were full in my area and couldn't even check her. Everyone at Arrowhead was so kind to me and Leila. They gave Leila excellent treatment, prescribed medication she needed, and helped her feel better. Thankfully she didn't need surgery. By the time we got home from Arrowhead Leila was eating and more alert. Thank you so much everyone at Arrowhead! You saved my sweet Leila girl.

J.D. Our rottie is very aggressive with doctors since he was hit by a car and went through several surgeries but he is very sweet otherwise. Dr. Johnson got to experience this firsthand when he had an ear infection and he was WONDERFUL with him. He understood how to handle Ruckus in the most humane way possible causing the least stress to Ruckus and myself. We were able to calm him down enough to clean his ears and cut his nails and there was never a need to take him out of the room or away from me. We definitely have a new vet. He even remembered to warn me before we left that the medicine which made him sleepy would also make him confused so not to get in his face for a few hours and just let him sleep.

R. And again.. The best team of vets, vet techs and front end girls that never let my yoshi down or us as Yoshi's humans! We love arrowhead.. from the 1st time and every time we have walked thru their doors.. Thank you so much and taking care of all of our animals thur the years..

M.F. Arrowhead made room to see my kitty on a day my regular vet was closed. She had stopped eating after a dental procedure, and Arrowhead saw her right away and took very good care of her. Within a day she was feeling better and eating again. All the staff was very friendly and professional. It seemed like they really cared for all the animals there. The waiting room and exam rooms were very clean as well. Check In was easy.

J.H. I brought my dog in around 7:30am without an appointment- he injured his hind leg and was trembling in pain all night / this morning. Although they were busy (no open appointments), Savanna at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. The vets and techs were gentle, patient and very helpful with my dog Milo. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

P.G. Highly recommend this place! Took my dog here for an emergency situation and everyone was amazing. He did end up having to have surgery and Dr Adams went above and beyond to help me through a very emotional situation. She personally called me with updates, discussed the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. Thank you to Dr Adams and staff for taking such great care of my fur baby!

J.G. I took my dog here for an emergency. Shayna was more than helpful to get me a spot with the doctors and make us feel comfortable in the waiting room, she was professional and caring. Ashley the nurse was very sympathetic to the situation and was attentive. Dr. Desmarteau was very knowledgeable and compassionate. As busy as they were that night they made sure to take care of my dog and let me know next steps to making him feel better. I live far from this vet but honestly it would be worth the drive again to come back to this facility and know you are getting the very best for your furry loved one.

S.D. We were seen and treated here today for our dog who was having a severe allergic reaction. We came in panicked and unsure of what was going on or what was about to come but all the staff was so friendly from the front desk to the doctor. They took their time and listened to every detail we had to share. In the end we most likely over reacted and didn’t need to be seen “emergent” but the staff was so understanding and reassured us we were doing the right thing and it was okay we were there. The price was also very affordable for the evaluation it was $87.. We highly recommend this place.
