W.G.N.My Golden Retriever girl had a surgery with Dr Hickling there to remove a toe with cancer (and other small masses) and it went absolutely great. Dr Hickling used laser on the surgery and the recovery was amazing fast, with no bleeding at all.. Before and after the surgery, Dr Hickling had patience to answer all our questions and deep understand the medical history of our baby girl, no rush. This is very important and we felt safe with the Dr.. The staff on the front desk is always helpful and friendly. Staff returned our calls to Centennial, when our dog puked because of the pills, after the surgery, and explained to us the reduction on the dosage recommended by the Dr.. 3 weeks later, our baby girl was like new, playing and driving around with us.. I just wanted to have a health insurance for my dog previously to that episode.. bill was high.

They’ve done diagnostic work, euthanasia, and follow up work for my animals for years, and they’ve always been friendly and professional. They’ve been willing to work with me to find ways to try solving allergy issues on my recent visits, and have offered suggestions to try because my pet insurance doesn’t cover allergy testing. You won’t go wrong with this place. ❤️?.
V.K.I have taken my dogs here for years and have always been happy with the outcome. Today we tried the new groomer and my little squirmy girl came home looking amazing. Thanks to Lee she looks and smells great.

A.G.Very good service, kind, and understanding team! Made an appointment for my Kitty who appeared to have a lung infection and couldn’t breath well. Since he was 4 weeks old and his mom stopped feeding him I was afraid of what could his issue be. Perhaps goes without mentioning, but I was extremely scared and called agitated. The person I talked to in the phone was very kind, gave me some reassurance, listened to me (especially in my state at the moment) and walked me through the service and possible options available. I have had some negative experiences with other vets before so I did not expect how nice they treated me and my kitten. My appointment was with Dr. Mooi and he was very professional and nice too! He explained to me what could be the problem and and sort of a treatment plan that ended up working really well. My kitty is doing great now! Will be coming back for check ups :).
M.G.Booked my dog in for an appointment within 48 hours when we were staying in Winnipeg with family and he developed an ear infection. It would've easily taken two weeks at our home vet in Ontario. When we went there, the staff were so sweet and all took turns saying hi to him. The vet was really thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks, Centennial!
