J.Z.D.D. We’ve been here twice (unfortunately?) and each time they have been great. Mercy’s not the biggest fan of vet visits, but she somehow doesn’t seem to mind the urgent care. The staff have been super friendly and compassionate the two times we’ve been here, and I think that’s been a big factor in Mercy’s comfort and confidence in visiting here.. For urgent care needs, I definitely would recommend SAVS.
T.P. Thank You for being SO kind to me and my family. You have gone above and beyond and accommodated me after the passing of our beloved pet, Taffy. I really cannot express what your generosity of spirit has meant to me. Thank You. -Tina.
K.P. Amazing and friendly staff. Walked us thru every charge and there was no pressure in making the best decisions for us financially and for our dog. Genuinely concerned for the animals under their care.
    T. We’re we’re in Tucson escaping the winter up north and on the 3rd day our dog blew out her knee. Our vet back home was kind enough to to a bit of research for us and recommended this place. They were able to get her in quickly, and took very good care of her. The TPLO surgery was very successful and we’re thrilled with the outcome.
K.G. I noticed my dogs elbow was infected…I called around town and the ERs told me they were packed. One place recommended a pet urgent care, they gave me the phone number to this place.. I called and the receptionist told me it would most likely be a four+ wait. I went anyways. Those of you familiar with the area you know it’s not the safest. I was relieved when I saw it was gated, there was security and the doors are kept locked.. I was immediately placed into a room. I was in and out within two hours. The vet tech was very nice. The doctor was very gentle and friendly with my dog. She’s usually very protective and with him she was very comfortable.. They shaved the area, cleaned it very well and she was prescribed antibiotics. The best part was how clean it was. It was nice walking into a place that didn’t smell like animal urine or had a ton of pet hair floating around.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with fur babies.
A.B. I have been to several other vets and being of trying times just not a lot of money for surgery for my baby. The vet and staff were awesome very thorough very calming as to what was going to happen for me and my baby and they had a limit they stayed well under the limit if money to spend for the surgery. In an emergency situation I would take my babies there again if I had to but a problem or a second thought.
T.M. My dog was bit and I needed to bring her in to get it looked at. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When treatment options were discussed, all options were presented with a low and high end shown up front.. I opted for the cleaning out, do antibiotics and wait and see approach to see if it would heal on its own, and if further treatment was needed I would use the normal vet so it would be cheaper. They completely understood and didn't try to up sell me on anything or make me feel bad for going that route.. Would definitely recommend!
