D.M. Shout out to Trinity and all the amazing staff here. Having to take a pet in for emergency care is scary and stressful, but everyone here was so compassionate and kind. They took great care of my dog and thoroughly walked me through aftercare. Though I hope we never have to visit again, I will highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

L.A. My family and I came to this location to bring our dog Copper in for an issue no male dog wants to go through.. He is a pretty big red pit bull who has issues with other people and other dogs. When I arrived, I called the front desk to state that I had brought my dog in for an emergency, but coukd bring him inside because of his dislike of others. They were so kind and caring of our situation and brought out paperwork to our car to sign forms to make the process easier. This wonderful woman, Dani, came to talk to us about what will happen and then took Copper through a separate path where no other dogs or people would be. To my surprise, he actually seemed to listen to her and not bark at her! They put him in a secluded room with a bed to make him more comfortable. We were literally seen right away with possible problems and treatments. Might I add they take CareCredit? Great option if your ever in need of help with payment. Anywho, when it was time to go, Dani brought Copper back out to our car and continued to show kindness and empthy to us. She is phenomenal and really does care! So if you ever need medical assistance with your pet, bring them here! They will make you feel so welcomed!

M.M. My fur babies have never been in better hands. I have several chronically ill cats and instead a the vet seeing them for treatments (after diagnosed) I am able to get a less expensive tech appointment. Not only does this save me money but it frees up the vet’s schedule. The staff has always considered our pets first.

K.H. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for this hospital and their entire staff. I came in late on Wednesday night because my dog got very sick out of no where. One minute he was completely fine and the next he was vomiting, lethargic, and not acting like himself. I frantically called every emergency vet I could find and was quoted a 5-8 hour wait time at each. I called here and was told 2 hours so I decided to come here. Thank god I did. Trish at the front was so calming and caring. She had no problem explaining everything about the process to me. Nicole our vet tech was so sweet to my dog Sirius. And our vet was so reassuring and helped us pick the right course of action. We got my dog the medication he needed and left within 2 hours total. The next day Nicole text me to check in and see how Sirius was. It’s been 3 days and he is as good as new. You’d never even know he’d been sick! I plan on coming back here if I am ever in need of a vet again. A huge thank you to the entire staff here. I cannot thank you guys enough.

A.C. Brought my boy, Jack (13yr old cat:) in today and the staff was very kind, informative and cost conscious. They fixed him up wonderfully! Unfortunately, I was there when a family needed to put down their older pup that was straining to breathe when he came in. .. It was awful to know what was happening, but I listened to the team. They were extremely kind, patient and gave the family time to work through whatever emotions they needed to. (I could hear from another room. This was not in front of everyone. ) No one ever wants to endure losing a pet, but inevitably, that's reality. It's heart warming to know when that happens, there is an empathetic team there at VCA to help you through it. You guys were great and wanted you and others to know:) Jack says, "Thank You for making me feel better! ".
