N.L. I'm not even done with my dog Brock's appointment and I'm already impressed and sincerely grateful how they are handling my aggressive baby. He's difficult to work with but they are making it all work and getting him the care he needs. Thank you VCA.

R.C. VCA is always so caring even with my difficult dog. Appreciate their follow-up calls/texts afterwards, too. It helps us both to know how valuable the visit was.

I called because my dog got a bad cut on her back above her hips an it was clear she needed stitches I called an explained the situation like I was talking to a brick wall.. they ignored what I explained so they could read off the money making rules they have to follow instead. Told me to come in an they would charge around 200$ just to "examine" my dog. I'm no big shot but I don't think it makes sense to charge 200$ to look at a cut an understand it needs to be shaved cleaned an stitched. I urge people to YouTube stitching lacerations if you can't afford to be robed to keep your pet alive. It cost me 9$ for a stitching kit couple bucks for a bottle of peroxide and a bottle of iodine an less than an hour of my time to take care of my dog. I wouldn't Evan take my dog here to be fixed. Red cross vets in thatcher are highly real vets not like these crooks in vet coats.

R.S. At Roxy’s last vet appointment, the vet detected a heart murmur. I was told I might want to find someone who could do an image or other test of her heart to establish a baseline. Easier said than done! Everyone I called either couldn’t help or the appointment was 8 months out or the lines were busy and I could leave a message. When I called VCA Animal Hospital in Apache Junction, my call was answered by the most helpful receptionist. I was able to get an appointment the following week. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Roxy’s appointment. Debbie, the tech, did a great job and clearly explained costs. The veterinarian, Dr Lister was amazing. She was very caring and spent time doing an exam and explaining Roxy’s issues. At the same appointment, I mages were taken of Roxy’s heart. Dr Lister gave me a clear explanation of what the images meant. I felt so much better afterward from the information I gained from Dr Lister. I want to give my dog good care and the staff at VCA did a great job in taking the time to examine Roxy and in providing me information about her health.

P.F. My 17 year old dog was injury when he fell off a chair. He cried in pain during the night so I took him to this clinic first thing this am. I’m only in the area for a few weeks and didn’t have a vet but this clinic treated him and me with kindness. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service.

S.S. The staff and Vet care deeply about our service dog! They treat him with love, care and kindness. Very gentle with him and through, they take time and explain things well.

T.T. Thanks to Vet Techs Debbie and Taryn and Vet Dr. Snyder, our terrier puppy's first medical visit was a positive experience. Appreciate they took time to earn Rusty's trust and were very skilled at calming him during procedures. Dr. Snyder was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the many steps involved in caring for a new puppy. Rusty loved the attention he received during his visit and will be easy to bring back.
