Bay Country Veterinary Hospital was established in 1974 by John Hall, DVM. In 1993, when Dr. Hall relocated to the West Coast, the practice was bought by William Hemmer, DVM, who has been the owner ever since. With over 50 years of combined experience, Bay Country's veterinarians offer the highest quality of patient care available as well as an unparalleled "petside manner."

M.T.O. We switched vets to Bay country and so glad we did. We have a new pup and senior pup. They were gentle w our old man and really knowledgeable. You get someone on the phone when you call, a text reminder, and fair pricing.

J.A. Each Vet is great! The staff is very helpful and welcoming. As a new dog owner, I have a lot of questions and they are always ready and willing to help!

A.M. Our pup has been going here since he was a baby. They are kind and compassionate. Our doggie, Diesel was unfortunately diagnosed with osteosarcoma but Bay Country gave us hope. We were referred to a wonderful surgeon just down the road from Bay Country. We proceeded with the amputation of his right front leg. That was almost 5 months ago and Diesel is happy & healthy running around like crazy! We love our boy and are forever grateful to all of staff at Bay Country.

A.M. We are new to Bay Country. Our senior cat was having trouble. Bay Country was able to fit her into a cancelled appointment and quickly resolved the issue. This likely kept something from becoming a much larger problem. They were kind, professional and overall wonderful.
