L.G. After visit to two other veterinary clinic, after my yorkiepoo had seizures, I walked away with little understanding of her condition and what I could do do help her until I found Doctor Scates and her staff. The team educated me as to testing options and treatment options ( long term and short term). Everyone was polite, welcoming, compassionate and caring. I even got a follow-up call to check on my dog. I am confident that I have the best team to keep my dog as healthy as possible.

A.B. I absolutely love this office! We have used the vet services for a year with our new puppy and everyone has been so great with him! Never had a problem getting an appointment, he was neutered here and received great care. The grooming is fabulous! We just boarded our 1 year old puppy and 6 year old dog for the first time ever and they took the excellent care of them! Our older dog is very nervous so we were worried how she would do but she was in great hands and came back her happy normal self! I’ve recommended to family as well who are new to the area and they are very impressed with the care their dogs have received!

M.A.C. Animal Care Veterinary Hospital along with Dr. Todd have always been outstanding in taking care of our 5 rabbits. They work with us during emergencies and always go out of their way. Happy they are a part of our pets lives!

D.A. Dr Henn and her assistant (whose name I didn’t grab but she was absolutely top shelf! ) were awesome. It’s been a minute since I was able to take my dog Tali to the vet and they were accommodating to both of us. The prices were a bit higher than most in town, but worth the difference simply for the smooth experience.. Tali is an anxious fluff, and she wasn’t nearly as worked up as she can typically get in this visit. I kind of wish human doctors were this calming. (Sorry I cried over literally nothing. Older dogs typically get bad news, so I was relieved to get good news! ) Great experience, truly.

A.J. First time here because my regular vet couldn’t fit me in and we had an eye emergency. I’m strongly considering switching over to this facility from my normal vet. The only thing standing in my way is my current vet is three minutes from my house and this vet is across town, in close proximity to a traffic ridden mess that I usually avoid, but that will hopefully resolve soon. I loved this vet. Dr. Todd was friendly, informative, knowledgeable about my Guinea pig, and fantastic with her. She’s normally not a fan of the doc, but between he and the tech, they got her settled quickly, nails trimmed, thoroughly examined and diagnosed in no time. And, barely a squeak out of her. The facility is great. Large, well lit, clean, smells clean and it looks like they have a lot of docs that work there. The front desk staff are very friendly, and personable, as well.

C.A. Great staff! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and informative. They seem to take great care of your pet's needs. Katelyn was very helpful with giving information about the best service plans that were cost-effective and save money over time. Will recommend Animal Care Veterinary Hospital to others and continue to use their services.

H.O. I had a great first experience here! My cat needed to be seen asap and they happily squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon and even reached out to my previous vets office to get records. Staff members were very nice and the vet was thorough during my cat’s exam. He fully explained all options and spent time answering my many questions. I highly recommend this office!

S.Z. There are no words that would properly express how naturally loving and caring each staff member has been with our little one. Every step of the way they were each one efficient, knowledgeable, and professional when we needed it most. I wish we lived in the area, I'm not sure I won't drive eight hours to return for the level of care we received. We love this place and the people that make this place!
