L.O.We have been taking our fur babies to South Tyler Animal Clinic for 6 years and they are WONDERFUL! All 3 docs are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Everyone that works there loves what they do and it shows. I wouldn't go anywhere else ❤️.
V.D.Best Vet office I have ever visited! The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Bryan treated my little Luna just like she was his own. Very helpful and patient with all my new mommy questions. ♥.
H.B.We love all the employees of this place. They know and love our pups. Bit expensive, but that's the price we pay to have our fur babies in capable and loving hands. Thank you STAC!
M.R.Fantastic vet & staff! My pup has a lot of anxiety which they handled well. Thorough explanation of the surgery plan & great follow-up! Good prices too. Highly recommend.
A.B.South Tyler Animal Clinic has many angels working in their hospital. If you are in need of a new vet or thinking of switching, don’t hesitate to visit this wonderful hospital. From the kindness we received for our fur babies and towards us, we would say their motto is to always be compassionate, loving, honest and helpful to each patient and their families. The doctors are always great and thorough in regular appointments, and recently, they truly went above and beyond to help us save one of our fur babies. My husband and I may be a little silly, but we love our pups as if they were our children. The special, unconditional love they give us is irreplaceable and South Tyler has helped us keep that love alive. :). 2 weeks ago our youngest fur baby, a 2 year old mini schnauzer named Enzo, was very ill. He was throwing up for an entire day and unable to move the next morning. We realized something was terribly wrong and called South Tyler. They had no appointments available but were happy to fit our little guy into their schedule. Our primary vet, Dr. Ramsey, took charge of his visit and found he had an impassable, foreign material blocking his small pylorus. This meant he needed to have an emergency foreign body surgery. My heart felt squeezed at the thought of losing Enzo, and we realized we could not afford the surgery. Dr. Ramsey and South Tyler’s staff went above and beyond to help us figure out a financial option, move their schedules around and save our fur baby! After surgery, he stayed an additional day at the Tyler Emergency Clinic where the same level of love and care was received. Dr. Ramsey made sure to check in on how Enzo and reassured us his post-op recovery was going well. Thanks to God and South Tyler Vet Clinic, Enzo has made a great recovery! We love you all at South Tyler and Thank You So Much for Everything you do! Blessings to you all! Enzo’s Family:) - Alie, Ben, Albus, and Luna.
J.K.My son recommended this Vet clinic for me to take my furbaby to, as I am on vacation right now and my dog has a cough that is very persistent kind of bronchitis and Melanie did all the tests to try and find out what is causing it, my vet in California charges over twice what I was charged here! They are very kind and courteous professionals here. Your pet will be well looked after here, so come on in!
R.S.We took our black lab Jack to see Dr. Ramsey & his staff today & we were very impressed with their care, & they were all extremely kind. Dr. Ramsey is very thorough in his exams & his explanation of treatment. I had to call their office after we left about a prescription issue & Jody handled the matter promptly & without question. They are just good people who love taking care of animals.
E.F.I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ramsey and his staff any higher! He is the third vet to examine the cloudiness in my 8. 5 y/o Boston Terrier’s eyes and FINALLY give definitive diagnoses (which are thankfully benign). Dr. Ramsey takes his time examining your pet and explaining the diagnosis in detail. Not to mention he’s very gentle and sweet with his patients. Staff is courteous and accommodating as well!
