S.M. The people are great. I have a dog that gets really anxious when going to the vet and they prescribed some medicine for her to take before she comes. It has helped a lot. They also really care about the animals.

J.H. Wow! There is no place better. I might make their staff my doctors if that were allowed! I’m now a retired military officer but still working for the federal government— I’m just fortunate enough to be in the local area again.. Dr Boyer actually lives a few houses away from me. His dedication and work ethic are unmatched by any other Veterinarian I’ve met throughout my career. I see him come home from work often times after 8 PM! As a veterinarian I have witnessed other veterinarians welcome his knowledge and expertise to save their pet patients’ lives. I witnessed him without hesitation offer whatever advice he can to help families in need or other veterinarians struggling to make a diagnosis. Some of these occurrences he doesn’t even get paid for… Yet he will take the time to help save the loved pet’s life.. As a neighbor… without getting in the specifics… He was there immediately to help with an emergency we had a couple years ago. Most recently, he’s been saving another family members pet’s life by reviewing data and offering experience and options for that family’s veterinarian staff to consider. This family lives in the Kansas City area or they would be one of Dr. Boyer‘s patients. Again, he does this without expecting a dime… and he did it even while on vacation! I don’t know if his amazing staff (they have a team probably 10 to 15 I think) are accepting new patients right now… I don’t know how that works in the veterinarian business, but if you are looking for an unbeatable veterinarian service, absolutely try Animal Medical Center of Jefferson City Missouri on Dix Road. Susan or Brittany often answer the phone when I call but their entire team is so friendly! Give them a call! Jeffrey N. Hoffman.

A.C. The BEST hearts and smarts in veterinary care! Dr Boyer and Ashley spent the time to make my dog feel safe, answered my questions, and provided great behavioral and medical guidance. I am so impressed with the professionalism.

J.B. We are from out of town and needed to have our dogs blood sugar checked because he was acting like his blood sugar was low, being a diabetic. We called this vet because it's the same name as ours back home! Everyone who helped us from the receptionist to the doctor were very kind, compassionate, and treated us like we were one of their regulars. We would highly recommend this veterinarian.

T.J. Very happy with Dr. Boyer He took us right in. He took very good care of our Coco. He is very straight forward no beating around the bush. Unfortunately we had to put our dog down. J.P. I am always happy with the care my pets receive at the Animal Medical Center. My St Bernard was there for a follow-up visit for a recent infection she had. She is doing so much better and as an added bonus they trimmed her toenails. Excellent care. I have been taking my pets there since 1996 when i relocated here. I highly recommend them.
