C.K. I've truly appreciated the care and education we've received at Brack with regards to my two geriatric cats. The staff always walks you through what they believe is happening with your pet and help you to understand the HOW and WHY. This takes extra time, but it really puts me at ease. It's an extremely clean facility with warm/helpful front desk staff. They are very transparent with pricing and don't push you in any particular direction. They've always gotten us in quickly. I was nervous, moving to a new town and looking for a new vet, but I am so glad we've found Brack!

C.U. Dr. Mailoux, Dr. Drew and staff are exceptionally caring, patient and knowledgeable; always ready to accommodate and assist; going out of their way, even making check up phone calls. They are especially understanding and compassionate towards people and animals with special circumstances. I removes a star because their prices are higher than other vets in the county.

M.L. We brought our cat in last week, so sure we'd have to put him down for not eating for a week. They had suggested us a hairball remover to remove whatever was the blockage. I'm not sure if that's what helped, but he's been eating on his own now for a few days, and they even called to follow up on him. Will definitely recommend this vet to anyone ? Thank you for the attentiveness and care the staff has ?.

S.O. Really incredible service. I had taken a client to their vet appointment with Dr. Mailloux and after seeing the care switched vets. He takes time to explain everything in appointments (as do all of the professionals) and call if there’s a problem or just to let you know where things stand. We had to put our big guy Romeo down after 16 years in January (puppy under the pillow lol) but Dr. M was able to give us a few more months with him. Dr. Booth oversaw the euthanasia that morning and we were given all the time we needed and not pressured with any up sales for cremation or things that would have been expensive. She was so kind and took care of our guy in his last hours making sure his pain was managed and we knew it was the right choice. ALL of the staff are very compassionate and in such a difficult time, they were able to offer some beautiful keepsakes- a paw print and a surprise card in the mail a few weeks later. Really grateful to have found them and that our little guy (top dog… Walnut) is in such good hands.

S.M. Very accommodating to grieving owners such as myself who have to unfortunately say their final good byes to their loved pets. I felt respected, not taken advantage of and would recommend this place 100%. I noticed they had a variety of specialty pet food readily available on site as well for purchase. Both staff and vets are professionals.

S.M. I just started taking my 1yr old rotti, shes terrified of the vets and was hoping a change would help. the vets and all the workers there were amazing! The vet even sat on the floor with treats for a good 45min to try to calm my dog and build her confidence! My dog went from hiding under my chair shaking to all excited to check out the back of the office and following the workers around for pets! I was so impressed with all the extra care and nurturing ways of the entire staff! I'd highly recommend them to anyone! Best move I ever made! Way to go brack!

T.M. Such a wonderful experience today. We brought in our puppy for a routine exam and immunizations. The entire team was a pleasure to meet and made us feel well-cared for. Dr. Mailloux performed a very thorough exam, far beyond what we had ever experienced at our previous clinic.
