A.S. Dr Bracken is one of a kind, let me say I truly felt my 6. 5 month old goldendoodle Gigi was on the best hands. Dr. Bracken truly is amazing, knowledgeable, and caring! And the same with his staff! Very impressed. My dog left so happy and unstressed she fell asleep 2 minutes into the car ride home. My friend referred me here, took me awhile to get in as Dr. Bracken is so popular, I truly appreciate. Arcadia Aninsl Clinic, and the care they gave to my new puppy, Gigi.

J.D. Dr. Bracken, his staff, and his clinic are nothing short of incredible. Honest, kind, caring. No BS corporate stuff, no pushing unneeded things for extra money. He truly cares about animals as well as the owner of the animals. I don't know how he does it, but he is the best. As long as we are in Arizona, our pup Griffey won't go anywhere else. G.C. Dr. Bracken runs an amazing practice. His staff is courteous, friendly, efficient and efficacious. There is a reason pet owners from all over the valley make the trip to this centrally located practice, it is simply excellent. Add a great location and ample parking onsite and it is always an easy in and out. Dr Bracken won't overload his practice with too many patients so he always has time to communicate with the loving owners of his furry clients. If you can get your pet into this practice you are truly lucky. My Beagle, Harvey, has been taken care of by Dr Bracken for over 12 years and we couldn't be happier with the service at this office. Well done!

E.E. 5-star (6 if I could) for Dr. Bracken and 2 for the staff.. Dr Bracken is very knowledgeable and caring vet. Truly the best I have experienced with my 2 pets.. The staff (most, not all of them) is hard to get on the phone, sometimes borderline rude and I can’t understand why it has to be that way. I asked to correct my misspelled name (the names is difficult, so not a big deal) and even then I got an attitude.

R.T. Dr Bracken and staff are a light in a storm, a sense of normalcy when my pets are medically challenging! He eases the anxiety!

H. Dr. Bracken is the Best vet in town.. and I've been to many, with 4 dogs of my own and being a professional pet care provider for over 25 yrs in Phoenix I know what I'm talking about. I call him Mr. Roger's in an endearing way, as he is so kind hearted and never tries to make you feel guilty or talk you into unnecessary services. He's very conservative in his approach and starts off with the easiest and least expensive solution before jumping to unnecessary treatments. Also, his staff is top notch.. I love that they immediately take your concerns when you call seriously by placing you on hold while they ask Dr Bracken (he's never "too busy" to help) what he thinks is best for your pet's issue and if its something that shouldn't wait they get you in immediately.. you wont find that at most other vets when you're just another patient. I so appreciate the entire family at Arcadia animal hospital!
