R.K. Great Experience! My dog had a medical emergency and after hearing great thing, we decided to take him here. We called on the way in and they were upfront and honest about everything and created an account for us over the phone to help speed up the process. They let us know that our dog would be triaged and assessed on how stable he was and took him in sooner than promised. The staff were very welcoming and polite the whole visit. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there overnight because I knew they would treat him well and keep him comfortable. Every time I called in for an update the staff were very informative and patient with my lack of knowledge and frequency of calls. Although we didn't receive the best news, I know that we gave him the best medical attention around and that with their help, he can continue to live a happy life! Both Cloud and I are incredibly thankful for the Bolton Veterinary Hospital staff. I wish I got names but I was just too focused on getting my boy better.

E. I took my cat Chester in late at night for bladder issues. I ended up bringing him again next day because things didn’t get resolved. They were very accepting in helping him right away. Very kind and friendly staff. Made me and my cat Chester feel at ease during the visits!

J.H. We can't praise this facility highly enough! We were so impressed with their dedication to our dog's well-being and comfort. Their professionalism, compassion, and their commitment to our dog's comfort and treatment were way beyond our expectations. We want to thank Dr. Kopec and the remarkable team (I wish I had everyone's names! ) who were on staff that night for not only giving "Hugo" extraordinary care in his emergency but for patiently and thoroughly explaining everything to us every step of the way. A.M. The staff here was very attentive & compassionate. I just recently lost my furry friend Lovely after 11 years, I wanted to have her cremated. They brought me right in late at night. made the process quick and as easy as they can for me. Respected my space and allowed me to mourn my loss in peace. They even mailed me a letter in behalf of the staff to send out their condolences not many places seem to care the way they do. The urn was beautiful & so was the complimentary paw print. I will cherish this forever. Thank you.

E.S. Dr Badeau and his staff were so compassionate and understanding when we brought our dog, Jerzey, in yesterday We did end up taking her out of her pain. The doctor let us make an informed decision and then tells us that we made the best decision for Jerzey. Thank you thank you The staff was so considerate and kind.

L.B. Our cat had started limping and it quickly got worse so we brought her in to Bolton on a weeknight around 11:30pm. We honestly hadn't thought to call ahead but they were able to bring her to a room very quickly. The staff was kind, compassionate, and thorough, quickly figuring out the cause of her limp. Dr. Kos was awesome. A few days later kitty is back to her normal self! It was also way more affordable than we had anticipated. Highly recommend!

D.F. Dr. Zyra I want to thank you so very much for all your patience with my very nervous pup Lucky today. You took the time to let him reach out to you. Giving him a body massage relaxed him even more lol. You were so very gentle with him and that means the world to me. To watch him take cheese from you and then take the treat while checking it out at his pace was heartwarming. Lucky is a gentle boy, just a very nervous one and you just made our visit that much easier. Thank you for your kindness and being so gentle with my boy. You are terrific.
