Welcome to Alpine Animal Hospital. We are located in Durango at 2910 Main Avenue, next to Taco Bell.

At Alpine Animal Hospital, we strive to treat our patients with the same quality and kindness we would give to our own pets. Our goal is to treat your pets the same way we would like to see our Mother treated. In order to achieve this goal, we need you to take responsibility to observe and inform us of your pet's condition. A positive and cooperative attitude between our staff and you helps to insure healthy, happy pets and family.

G.S. Alpine Animal Hospital has the best vets and vet techs - they are kind, knowledgeable, professional and go the extra mile for their patients. The front desk is friendly, warm efficient. In all my years of being a pet owner, I have never had a better experience with vet services.

S.M. We have been taking our pups to Alpine Animal Hospital for almost 20yrs. Doc Jen and staff are the most compassionate, caring veterinarian clinic I have ever taken my dogs to. We currently have a an 81/2 Chocolate Newfie that thinks Doc Jen hung the moon! If you could see how he perks up when she comes in the room you would see what I mean!

J.H. I was in a bit of a panic because our regular vet was at 1/4 staff and unable to see my pup who was obviously ill. Called multiple places and everywhere was jam packed and unavailable. The person I spoke with at this place (I wish I had gotten her name! ) took the time to give me some very good advice on how to proceed with my poor sick boy. He is feeling much better now and I am just so incredibly grateful! Thank you so much!

J.J. I think we have plenty of good vets in Durango. My pets have had the best care at Alpine with Jen and Katie and the staff. So caring and compassionate and you can tell they really love their animals. Now I have a new puppy and everyone had to meet Reggie. It was a warm welcome and since he came from a rescue they do his initial exam for free! Thank you for all that you do!

S.H. Such a clean and genuine environment. My animals always feel welcome and I always feel happy with their care. Also the prices cannot be beaten they are fair and never overly priced!

S.Y.R.C. When we had to bring in our rescue dog because he was not eating/drinking for two days, we received standard care; fluids and a script for antibiotics. What I didn't expect was the phone call the next morning. The staff called to make sure my dog was on the mend. Everyone at Alpine Animal Hospital treats your pet as if it is their pet.

M.S.B. Everyone is so kind at Alpine Animal Hospital - to people and to pets! My boxer, Juno, is never nervous entering the hospital. They all love her just like we do!
