M.H. Came for our first visit recently after our old vet closed. The lobby is sparkling clean and the front desk helped us check in the moment we were in the door. Despite being told things were running behind that mornjng, I waited less than 10 minutes to get into a room with my cat.. The tech was very kind and gentle with my cat and really listened to everything I had to share about his history. They had his old records already but wanted to hear my perspective as pet owner too, which I really appreciated.. They were quick and efficient getting his vitals and latest shots. The vet gave a lot of good information and options for the issue we came in to address and I walked out feeling confident and understanding completely.. While I hope we don't need to visit again soon, I'm happy to have chosen this vet!

K.S. Our experiences with Dr Stuie and the rest of the staff at Lombard Animal Hospital have been nothing short of exceptional since we began seeing them around 5 years ago. They've helped us through numerous issues with our dog and two senior cats; consistently taking the time to explain everything in great detail, go over various treatment options, payment plans, etc. and answer any questions and concerns we might have along the way. The care they've shown us has been wonderful and we really trust our animals in their care.

J.A.O. I took my cat there and everybody was super duper nice and super duper helpful. But for an injury I was only given pain meds and not maintenance or healing. So my cat is now running around on pain medd thinking she is Superman and that is not allowing her to be able to heal. I restricted her movement for 5 days. She seemed actually to be limping more after The Visit. It makes me sad to say this because everybody was very very nice. And they did do all the tests that I asked them to do just for my peace of mind. I wish they had done the physical check up in front of me instead of taking my cat into a back room. I never liked when they do that and I know my animals have never liked that because we're being separated and that is already scary. I don't think I'll come back. Mostly because I am specifically looking for a veterinarian that does the full check up in front of you. This is a service I have experienced so I know it's not ridiculous to shop around for that type of vet.. My case is specific because I particularly don't like when any doctor prescribes pain meds as a remedy for healing.. I'm taking my cat to a place where they offer acupuncture.

Z.F. I have been taking my dogs there for a few years now Montie (RIP) and Milo. While Montie was having health challenges they never gave up on him. We tried everything that we could with the help of my mom. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me anything, they are very transparent, and willing to share their knowledge and resources. This place is simply amazing.
