Review:
A great place to bring your partner and beg for a dog/cat.
He is VERY picky about what food he DID eat— tuna and canned chicken.
Rooms of cats and kittens available to go home.

N.R.So impressed with this place! It’s so clean and organized and they made it an easy process to adopt our kitty! Highly recommend if you want to adopt to go here.
B.G.Just wanted to say I called and spoke to a “Tracy” and she was so kind and helpful. We have nothing but good things to say about this organization. Me and my partner adopted two beautiful kittens and literally everyone we spoke with was an absolute delight. We will cherish and love these kittens for the rest of their days!
C.B.I would give them a five star review except for one big thing. First off, I really like the process of adopting a cat or dog. I adopted a kitten named Fred. He is absolutely perfect! I renamed him to.. Panda. Look at his picture to see why! Being able to see all the available Kittens, and then submitting a questionnaire to indicate which Kitten you were interested in adopting is great. The adoption fee for Panda was $200. 00. What a deal, he is neutered, micro-chipped and has had his first round of shots and worming. I would have absolutely given a 5 star review except, they sold my email address and now I am getting tons of junk emails. Several a day! It's my fault for not asking what their privacy policy is, but come on! But at the end of the day I came home with Panda, he is perfect for me and he has a forever home.
C.C.We had a wonderful experience at the Oregon Humane Society last weekend. We adopted an adorable cat we've named Lily. The online intake to appointment system was easy to use. Their team was very helpful; we were in & out in less than an hour, & Our house is s full of Lily's rambunctious playing & loving purrs. ?.
S.L.So patient and really worked with us to find the perfect companion for our older dog. Such an amazing facility and wonderful employees and volunteers. Our newest addition (Toffee) fits right in ❤️.
M.I love what the Oregon Humane Society stands for - giving pets a second chance to find a good home. The only negative experience I can share is when I wanted to adopt a cat, I was told by employees to "Just adopt a dog", "Dogs are better". I completely understand that everyone has their own preferences. I wanted to adopt a cat for my own personal reasons. While it was a negative experience for me, it is still a wonderful place. There were also employees that were encouraging and helped me a lot. The most important thing is that the cat I fell in love with at the Oregon Humane Society is home with me and is happy, comfortable, and healthy. ?.
J.F.Cinderella short for cinder. Has been with us since early feb 2022. They said she wouldn’t do best with children in home. We have my nephew and niece, who come visits. She always snuggles up to them, and play with them. The kids know they are not allowed to play rough with her! And are other dog spikey dose not like children. As long as no one holds him, pet him. He will be fine. Cinder has so much energy for her age, she is the sweetest little thing. She does everything with me, and always follows me!
B.H.W.They helped us find the perfect cat for us. We wanted a kid-loving cat who enjoyed lots of attention. We got exactly that! She is such a sweetheart and has fit in with our family beautifully. This is her snuggling with my daughter at bedtime.
