S.S. The absolute best, best, best care you could ask for. We have been with Chippens Hill for over 8 years and even though we moved 25 minutes away, we will come to them. The whole staff feels like family and the vets truly care immensely for all the fur babies that come through their door. I can’t recommend CH enough!

K. Always kind. Always supportive. Such a nice, caring group of professionals work here. They make recommendations regarding care but leave the ultimate decision up to me. I also appreciate that they helped to keep my bill affordable realizing I'm a senior.

A.D. We used to be very happy with the care provided, we came here for about 7 years. We recently made a switch to a new vet do to a few issues we were having. The breaking point is that in 2023 they are still only allowing one adult in with their pet. I have a toddler that I can't leave by himself. I called the office and they were adamant that "one adult is their policy and they do not make exceptions. " I don't have other childcare options during the time the office is open. I understand covid and all but I work at a hospital with covid patients and we allow people to come in. I don't see why a veterinarian office cannot allow a child with an adult.

S.D. I bring both my rabbit (thumperina) and my kitten (Athena) here. They are so friendly and answer any questions I ever have about my fur babies. They also help me with any possible concerns I may have.

S.H. I went here with my new rescue dog who has a lot of fear anxiety. They made me feel very comfortable and were very honest and knowledgeable. I was very grateful for how calm and organized they were.

S.K. All of the veterinarians, vet techs and front desk staff are friendly, helpful, caring and take such good care of my dog, Chai. She is in such great health because of them. I never hesitate to call them to ask a question about Chai because I know I will be treated well and have my question answered. She's been seen by Dr. Sweet, Dr. Clark and Dr. Fratamico :).

W.E. I brought my first bunny here and it was a great experience! Dr. Sweet and all the other associates I interacted with were very kind and patient. She was extremely informative and attentive which I appreciate greatly. She answered all my questions, gave me options (discussed pros and cons of each) and explained in-depth everything I needed to know. I left feeling confident and supported, unlike my previous vet experiences where I felt rushed and confused afterwards. If you have a rabbit don't hesitate to bring them here!

C.H. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and the wonderful folks who work here. I am a first time bunny owner, and they have been absolutely wonderful in guiding and assisting me through this new experience. They are warm and kind and informative and I love how sweet they are when working with my boy. They called me twice after my most recent visit just to check in. I would highly recommend this practice.
