G.L. Dr Rosales is fabulous! She did a thorough check-up on our dog. Later she called and gave a detailed report/explanation on our dogs lab work with some excellent recommendations. Everyone there is so professional helpful & upbeat. The assistant nurse who gave us so much of her time taking my dogs vitals blood etc. was Excellent! They don't try to 'upsell you' here, they are very knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care. You guys are most appreciated. Thanks! G. LoRusso & 14+ yo dog 'Jack'.

W.A. Our dog had a really bad allergic reaction to something while we were visiting San Diego last week and ACVH got us right in for an exam. Their amazing staff were super helpful and took great care of our pooch. Appreciate their efforts and highly recommend them!

L.N. Wow did I luck out and find a great clinic just up the road from me. The staff and the doc were PHENOMENAL, and the fees were super reasonable. I had just done dentals elsewhere for 2 of my 5 rescues, and my wallet was saying "Yow! " Now dog #3 had a very loose tooth. I came here for a second opinion to see if we could just extract the small incisor and put off a full dental for a while. I know it's not ideal, but the rest of his mouth is pretty OK for now and 3 dentals in a week is A LOT for me. Dr. Drelick saved the day! He was impressive in his knowledge and left me feeling confident in his abilities and the extraction proceedure. An hour later, I returned to find my dog alert, happy, calm and relaxed! He came home wagging his tail, just like me! What a lucky find after my mobile vet just stopped serving my area.

G.J.S. They are AMAZING here. The entire staff(from reception to vet techs) is patient and professional with our anxious/protective boy. You can absolutely tell they care for your pets as if they're their own. Dr. Pandi is very thorough, and also radiates kindess to her patients and their families. Definitely worth the trip up the 67 for us.

J.O. Dropped by this place on short notice for my cat who was in distress one morning. My primary vet hadn't opened yet and the urgent care location I used in the past was closing for the day but recommended this location. They were really helpful and took her in right away. Everyone was professional and kind and helped us get through our emergency. Dr Brooks kept in contact with me and followed up on her care. I really appreciate all the help and assistance they provided. I'm very thankful they were able to see us in our time of need.

C.T. Dr. Brooks and Paige and Ashley were beyond amazing. My 9 yr old mini Dachshund Chloe had extensive dental problems. As her owner I felt horrible that her issues had gone on so long but I had no idea how bad it was nor was I ever in a financial position to get this fixed. It took awhile to gather the money to have Chloe's medical needs addressed and Dr. Brooks was amazing and non judgmental. I drive from Santee to Poway to go to this hospital because of the excellent service and amazing staff there. At Advanced Care you will never be left wondering what is going on or what is needed and what was done and why. I recommend this Veterinary Hospital for all your pet needs.

T.B. First visit. Got me in quickly. Took great care with Bella, my Pomeranian. Update: Bella was a very sick girl this week. I brought her in for evaluation. They thoroughly checked her over. Fussed over her. Loved on her. Discussed her eating, drinking and behavioral changes. Honestly, more thorough than my physician. Waiting on lab results for a final diagnosis. But, the IV has kick started her recovery.

P.M. I love this place because my dogs love these people. They step up and beyond customer service in my opinion. They have seen, and helped us let go, of numerous pets over the past several decades. From puppies and kittens to seniors averaging 16 years, they have helped all of our pets live long happy lives.
