N.M. My dog had a large and painful aural hematoma for 1 1/2 weeks and we were not able to get into our regular vet soon enough. I searched up local vet hospitals and found Aguajito Vet Hospital and I am so thankful I did! They were able to see my dog the very next day and did surgery the following day. As opposed to waiting another week to see our regular vet for the same urgent problem. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during such a high stress situation for my dog and I. Dr. Delgado is amazing and was so sweet and helpful every step of the way.

S. I love it here. I have two cats and they are both receiving care here. The services have been amazing for both my cats. I love how every issue is explained thoroughly so I know exactly what my cats need and what treatments they are receiving. I also love the customer service for myself, its such a smooth and easy process to schedule appointments and speak with anyone depending on my question. Everyone is just so friendly. I also love that they are open on certain Saturdays, my schedule is very impacted during the week, so Saturday appointments have really given me access to actually make and maintain appointments for my babies.

N.D. We brought our cat there when nobody else had an opening. The moment we came in we were treated like family. They explained everything to us and even made a recommendation that would cost them money but they believed would be best. We now use them for all our fur family.

H.M. The entire process with this clinic has been wonderful! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and I was scheduled for that same week! Handing my dog off to the vet tech was so comforting because she went over everything they would do beforehand (as to receive consent and to avoid any surprise charges, I’m sure! ). Then the vet called me to review how my dog’s appointment went and she provided me with a bunch of super detailed and incredibly helpful information. What also stood out is the vet sent me an email with all of this information covering things she mentioned, as to allow me to do my own research and consider some options to help my aging dog. I’m very impressed with the service and even more so with the genuine care and love the entire staff has for what they do. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone else I meet!

N.M. What an amazing experience at Aguajito Veterinary Hospital during a very stressful time! A few weeks ago our Golden Retriever's eye swelled for no apparent reason. We contacted our vet and were told that they were short staffed and recommended that we go to the 24-hour vet hospital Blue pearl. After a 30-minute evaluation the Blue Pearl Doctor determined it was more than likely an allergy. We were sent home with anti-itch medications and a $350 plus bill. The next day his eye had closed completely. We called our vet again, but again they were too short staffed to take him (I am leaving our previous vet's name out intentionally because we understand it is difficult times and we still feel they are a good vet). I began checking online reviews for another option and stumbled on Aguajito Veterinary Hospital. A very nice young lady picked up our call immediately and assured us that Brady would be seen that morning. Kelly was the nurse assigned to us and she was amazing! She stayed in touch by phone throughout the day with both care and cost updates leaving nothing to question. Dr. Hofer put together a care plan that made sense and took the time when we picked up Brady to discuss it with us in a private room. He completely recovered within a few days. The care we received from Dr. Hofer, Kelly and all the staff we met at Aguajito that day made it an easy decision to become a permanent client and patient moving forward!
