J.S. We were greeted at the front desk by staff; we only needed to fill out a brief form with basic.

D.C. Some years ago, I used to take my pack to see the good folks at the original Shakleford Vets. Eventually, the practice relocated (but kept the name), new vets came on board, and many things changed, much of which I didn't like. So. I shopped around for a new vet with little success.. until I heard a new vet was practicing in the old Shakleford location.. this was the good Dr. House. I'm immensely pleased with Dr. House, and all his staff. I'll keep on keeping on here!

C.G. Great initial visit with my two boys. Dr. Lechelt was very informative and took a good part of 15 minutes or more getting acquainted with my boys as well as an adequate history of my pets' in addition to their meticulous medical records I had in hand. I could tell right off of the personable nature of this facility which is so much better than the last vet my boys used to attend.

He is always so kind and takes his time to talk to you about your concerns I recommend anyone who has any exotic animal to use this vet we have also used him for other animals this vet is very helpful and a true blessing to the exotic animal owners here in Arkansas! J.B. Dr. House and crew are just the best! And their pricing is absolutely reasonable. I love not being charged through the nose to take care of my fur baby! There's also a cool three legged cat that likes puppies, which was fun for Roscoe.
