I am so thankful to the doctors and staff that treated my two babies.
The gave him fluid under the skin and sent us home with meds.
She could of at least asked the Vet, and acknowledged my husband's service.

We stand ready to attend to your pet when your regular veterinarian goes off duty.

If your pet is sick, injured, or appears to be in pain or discomfort, call us at the location nearest to you.

We’d rather get to meet your pet in the park. However, should crisis strike, our specialized staff, advanced medical/surgical capabilities, and on-site laboratory and pharmacy are here to provide your pet a wide range of lifesaving procedures.

Our staff has seen tens of thousands of emergency cases. In fact, we see more than 10,000 each year!

D.L. A month ago today we lost a beloved family member. The night we lost Sampson, it happened so suddenly. We never had to take him to the emergency room so we went with the first place that popped up on google. I’m so grateful for Dr Sides and her whole team. They even sent us a card in the mail, very much appreciated! Upon arrival they took him in right away and handled our high emotions gracefully. It was one of the worst days of our lives as Sammy was truly the best dog ever! We had to make some hard decisions pretty fast, but Dr Sides explained everything very clearly and gave us the time we needed. We are at peace with how it all went, given the situation. I highly recommend this place to anybody with a sick pup. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - Hayslett family.

G.C. Thank you for being a so wonderful to my puppy. She is back to playing and getting into everything. We came in after getting treated like garbage from another Emergency vet and this place was wonderful. You took her right back and let us know exactly what to expect and how long we are going to need to wait (you were busy). Then when the vet became available she was super nice, efficient, and thorough. Everyone we talked to was super helpful and nice. I appreciated the water for me and my puppy as well as the tea. It was a comforting touch.

J.W. Today we had to say goodbye to our sweet, but very sick, girl. The doctor and the staff were so incredibly kind and compassionate. We were seen right away, and they were so gentle with Bella and made her comfortable. They gave us a cozy, private place to love on her and all the time we needed to prepare for the tough moment. The facility is beautiful. It’s way nicer than the human clinic I work at. If your pet needs medical attention, do not hesitate to go here.

K.S. What an amazing clinic and staff. My poor baby Emmah was slammed by a door when we had the extreme winds. We rushed her over there, she was in so much pain, crying and bleeding. They got her right in. They explained all the options for her. Kept her over night and they called frequently with updates on her. They told me she loved being held, it put me at ease knowing they really cared about her. She still has a long road to recovery. But I’m so thankful we found this ER clinic first.

M.F. I took my dog in not knowing what was wrong with her but knowing she was in pain. The doctors talked me through what tests they would run and how they would proceed with her care. This brought me immediate comfort knowing what they were going to do and knowing they were going to cross-check everything. Since she has been on medication and the doctors have checked in to make sure it’s the right medication and that her symptoms are improving! Overall, very quick service and extensive cross-checking, I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else! Thanks for taking care of my furry kid!

A.H. I absolutely loved the staff here. Madison the receptionist was so kind. The doctors and one tech in particular that kept checking Zelda's vitals while waiting to be seen were perfect. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. Even with the wait it was worth it (especially on the 4th of July. ) I 100% believe they saved my doggo. They kept me informed and even sent me pictures of her during her "sleep over. " We are now resting comfortably at home until we go back to our regular DVM for continued treatment.

A.R. I would give more stars if I could. I am so impressed by the staff here. I was gifted lilies as a get-well-soon gift for my surgery, not knowing they were toxic to my kitty. They got her in right away and discussed the plan with us. She stayed two nights and came home healthy and happy as a clam.. The nurses called us morning and night with updates and answered any and all of our questions. Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient, and very understanding. Could not be more grateful.

C.D. We lost our dog on Christmas day. She declined rapidly over a matter of hours. Dr. Becker and her team were some of the most amazing Veterinary staff i have ever encountered. We had to say goodbye to her that night and I'm not sure how or why but by some miracle our cost was 0. I am forever thankful for their kind words and the compassion they showed my family and our girl in her last moments with us.
