Y.V. I brought my sweet dog Skipper in for an emergency after he collapsed. Everyone was so sweet and compassionate. After the exam the tech was really helpful in explaining everything and didn’t try and push me on anything. After hearing my opinions I wanted what was best for my sweet boy. I didn’t want him to live in pain and be on medications(heart)so I asked could we please help him cross the rainbow bridge. They definitely have a love for animals and didn’t make you feel guilty. Thank you for your kind hospitality and compassion. It really means a lot!
K.F. I brought my dog here for a special appointment with the internist, and we had a really great experience! Everyone was very kind and compassionate to both me and my dog. It was very obvious that they love their patients, as they all came out to see my dog because they thought she was so cute. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood the medical details and even checked in on us a month after the appointment to ask how she was doing. They had great communication and were very kind and understanding!
J.J. Never easy losing a pet, they become family. Especially a loved one, even considered your dog kid. They take you for you, they’re extremely loyal they’re also there for you unconditionally, through thick in thin and many changes. Brings a smile for how happy they’re to see you, ready to leave for walks or right beside you on car rides. My ginger (G baby freedom love) may not be right next to me in her physical, yet she’s forever always with me in spirit. Energy never dies! Not only is this vet personable they are genuine plus they went out their way to give their condolences & love. You there looking for a vet that cares very personable and try’s there best to make things right this is the place for you, thanks so much! Love, prosperity and peace flow along your way! Truly appreciative! ❤️❤️??.
M.A. I brought my dog here earlier this year after the regular vet recommended an ER trip if I see blood in his stool. After several days of digestion issues and seeing blood I made a few phone calls to check availability then went here. This was our first ER trip and the staff was friendly. The doctor that examined my dog was very nice and intelligent. She explained everything they were looking for, gave me options, and I felt very comfortable with them working with my dog. They made it clear when I would be waiting and could leave for a break if I wanted to. The prescription helped, my concerns were addressed, and we left in better shape. I only wish that we could see that doctor for every major issue. Thank you.
C.N. I brought my cat in for a urinary blockage which resulted in him needing to be hospitalized for a couple days. I knew he was in great hands and that the staff here would give him the proper care he needed to resolve this issue. Overall, the staff here was amazing with updating me with how he was doing, answering all the questions I had, and overall being so compassionate and sweet to both my cat and I throughout the whole process. He is so much happier and comfortable now. Thank you so much!
A.B. My dog had an emergency and unfortunately had to be put down. The staff had great communication with us, and even sent us a handwritten card signed by the entire staff with their condolences. It is little things like this that make it more comforting in such a hard time. We also received his ashes very quickly and it was beautifully done.
A.S. I brought my rabbit in around 2 am due to some concerning health issues although it was late the staff didn’t even seem tired (I have no idea how. ) Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Sadly my rabbit passed away the next day due to his health declining. Today I received a card with lots of love and support from the staff here. I truly appreciate everyone who works here! Thank you all so much! Pricing is fair and reasonable for a late night visit compared to other vets. I have no doubt that this place only wants what’s best for the animals and don’t overcharge for it. My only complaint would be that I wish the veterinarian would’ve brought up death. Although I know his health was poor and there’s always a possibility of death I wish it would’ve been talked about. If I had known a little more about his survival chances I would’ve had him euthanized so he wasn’t suffering:( Thank you to everyone who helped flower and made him feel a bit better before he went to bunny heaven. I really appreciate you guys!
C.Z. We have been here 3 times in the last few years. Unfortunately, my husky is always eating things he shouldn’t. While we always meet under not great circumstances, the staff here is always INCREDIBLE. They always take care of him in the sweetest way. He is a nervous dog and every time he leaves comfortable and happy. We have our issue resolved and explained to us thoroughly. My pup has been miserable and not sleeping for a week. Now he is content and taken care of. I am very grateful for everyone that works there!
