The staff goes out of its way to make my dog feel comfortable.
The prices they were charging were not worthwhile for the service they provided.

B.C. Awesome staff, very smart and so good at their jobs. They always have the best attitude towards not only me, but my babies as well. Doc really has a love for animals, it’s all over his face the second he sees them! I’ll never take my kids anywhere else! ?.

S.S. Dr Earl and staff are amazing. Very thorough with myself and my baby girl. The anxiety stress free waiting area and exam rooms just wonderful. I honestly don't think Piper wanted to leave.

K.C. My dog has been with me for over 10 years and we've moved around a bit so we've been to a few different vets. Dr. Evans was the first to come in and thoroughly examine my dog and check how he was feeling rather than just ask me. He came up with a treatment plan for problems we've been dealing with for years which other vets didn't address. My dog left the clinic smiling and I know he had a good experience.

C.A.M. This place is amazing! The staff is so caring and compassionate. I am a travel nurse and I am away from home when my Littleone got ill. I brought her in to see Dr Earl Evans with the thought of having to put her down but Dr Evans did a complete work up and found some underlying issues preventing her from being herself. Prescribe medications and within 24 hours Littleone is on recovery. I will be able to have a few more days with her. Littleone is 19 years old and blind but every day I have with her is a blessing. Thank you to all the staff at New Hope Animal Hospital.

T.B. They got me in on a cancellation and it was so quick to get in. They were SO extremely nice, both on the phone, and in person. I didn't know about the "wait in the vehicle" thing, and it was pretty cold, but that was ok, we went out in the sun and sat for a few minutes. They were quick to respond, and bring us in.. I had taken my boy to the vet two times previously in Texas, for fear of.. well, his fear. (he went to an outdoor drive thru shot clinic the other times). He is scared of people and I've always been afraid he'd bite. The staff immediately were sweet talking him, being loving, and didn't seem a bit concerned about him. They took him to the back, away from me, to see if he would calm down.. and he did! Never before have I had a vets office do this, OR explain to me about why this is the best thing to do with dogs like him.. Dr Evans was kind and explained things to me thoroughly. I may make this my permanent vet clinic now.

J.M. Anna was amazing to work with and is the reason we will be coming back here. She was informative, kind, and helpful with all our questions and made sure that our dogs were setup with success going forward. Can’t thank her enough!

J.F. I am so happy that we finally found a vet after ours retired. I found them yesterday by mistake. Our 6 month old heeler “Gypsy” ate a plastic flower pot and was acting strange. They took great care of her and explained everything very well. Our tech was amazing and very friendly. She had a lot of patience with our needy Gypsy whom has a lot of energy. The vet also spent time answering questions I had. I’m happy to say that they will be our vet for our fur kids. Thank you for seeing my baby on such short notice and taking care of her.
