C.A.I rarely write reviews but they deserve it! The staff was amazing, and treated my dog like their own! They’re in it for the animals and not out to profit off of you. You can tell when a vet is passionate about animals and Dr. Sherry Johns obviously cares so much about what she does! She gave a diagnosis and prescription without pressuring us to do lab work or x-rays, and gave us great advice for home care. I will definitely be returning here and bringing my other pets in for a well visit. They also offer a nice military discount. (20%). On top of that, they waived my visit fee because my dog was adopted. Highly recommend!
C.W.VCA was able to accommodate a drop in visit when my dog was having a severe allergic reaction. Didn't have to wait long, cost was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly! They gave me detailed instructions for medicine once we got home and communicated upcoming costs and wait times during our visit. Thank you!
J.M.I moved to the Tucson area about 6 months ago. I have been to the vet office 5 or 6 times now. They are always helpful, kind, considerate and professional. Rarely is the wait long, and if it is, they keep you informed and let you know when your pet will be seen. As a hospital they are going to give you the top options for your pet. However, the vet is open to helping you make the right decision for you and your pet. No judgement if you choose to go with less tests, etc. And you are given time to make the decison, no rush or pressure. Both Dr. Johns and Dr. Waters patiently and thoroughy explain your options. The techs are willing to answer any questions and/or ask the doctor. All the staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate.. I had contacted a few other vet offices before finding VCA as I have a couple of special needs cats and did not receive feed back on my questions or concerns from the other offices. VCA was immediately responsive and I am extremely thankful I found them.
L.O.I had an offer in the mail for a free first exam, so I brought my puppy here for her first vaccinations and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable and very obviously loved their jobs! Even with the curbside appointments, I still felt like we were taken care of and my puppy was in loving hands. I look forward to going back!

A.H.I recently moved to Tucson from out east and really wanted to make sure I found a good vet for my two dogs. I wasn't certain being that the vet hospital seemed like a larger facility and possibly impersonal like some bigger facilities are. Well that couldn't be farther from the truth from the moment I walked through the door with my husky, Juneau we were greeted with a smile and helped right away. The front office was clean and the facility did not smell of animals at all. We went back to our room and was greeted by the vet tech who was very friendly as well. He sat on the floor with my dog and looked him over. I could tell the tech really cared about Juneau and even gave him a treat after asking of course. Then the vet came in who was again super friendly and greeted both me and Juneau. She looked him over and reviewed some of my concerns directly. I felt like she was talking to me and not at me. Explained everything in detail too. She found an ear infection in Juneau's ear and even showed my a video about cleaning my dog's ears appropriately. I just cannot say enough good things about this vet hospital. Thank you all so much for making me and my dog feel so important!
