A.D. The staff here have always been fantastic and have gone above and beyond anything I've. needed them to do. Back in January of 2021, my cat Angus had some weird white fuzzy looking stuff in his urine. I brought him in, thinking he had a bladder infection or something (since I had recently moved and l'd heard that bladder infections are common when cats move house). Instead, I got what was probably the most painful diagnosis of my life: diabetes. The vet who was there was very kind and patient, giving me plenty of paperwork to read when I got home while also talking everything over with my husband (because, let's face it, I was bawling my eyes out too much to even process anything he was saying). He made sure to give me as much information as he could, and my cat and I returned several times over this past year. It has got to a point where two of receptionist recognizes me and Angus when we come in! Even with Covid regulations they are able to quickly check Angus in without any hassle and Skylar always makes me feel comfortable about leaving him there. The staff have always been super professional, nice, and understanding. Overall, they've been extraordinary, and I have no desire to change vet offices at any point!
