Review:

Very caring friendly staff treated my dogs ear infection.
The only negative is the prices for services and medications are a bit high.
I know this from personal experience with dog, cats and birds.

Animal Care Hospital was founded in 1964 by Dr. John Matchette. The original hospital was located on Thomas Road, just a few blocks east of our present facility which was completed in the fall of 1982. Dr.Bishop joined the practice in 1973 and Dr. Halver in 1981. The Doctors and Staff frequently attend continuing education seminars and workshops to maintain the highest level of techniques and treatments in veterinary medicine. All of our doctors are members of the Arizona Academy of Veterinary Practice, which is an organization comprised of veterinarians who are constantly improving their standards and performance in practice.

We are affiliated with the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) whose members must meet stringent standards for comprehensive professional medical and surgical care and are constantly striving for quality, both in service and in the performance of veterinary medicine. We are dedicated professionals who combine compassion and concern with state-of-the-art practice techniques and diagnostics. We chose to be in this profession because we genuinely care for people and their companion animals, and our integrity is known throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

C.C. Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Temple and her staff! They were with me and boy every step of the way and we couldn’t of felt more comfortable during a very difficult time. On top of running a successful business, I genuinely feel they are fully invested in the betterment of your animal. Like many others, we choose to drive about 25 minutes to see Dr. Temple. Thank you for everything you did for Cargo and I. I’ll never forget how compassionate and helpful you and your staff were. ❤️.

D.D.I. The staff here are kind and caring. I brought in an injured dog and they immediately went to work to make sure she was given the proper treatment and attention. If you find yourself in need of emergency animal care services, this is the place to find them.

K.J. What a great animal clinic with such a sweet and knowledgeable staff! My dog Supai was in need of wellness check and his shots. We were behind on them and here I was able to get him to date. I was easily scheduled and the visit was thorough and easy. I was able to get his shots, physical exam, chat with the vet and get his nails clipped in one visit. Pricing was very reasonable and well discussed and understood before moving forward. Dr. Temple and the vet techs are so great with animals-- Supai felt right at home! The facility is nice and clean. I felt so comfortable with everything. We will be returning for his next checkup. A++ experience!

T.N. Me and my fur babie love this Vet. Dr Temple. She is so patient and caring. I. can talk with her. I feel very comfortable taking my dog to see her. I live very far but I will drive that extra 30 miles to see Dr Temple. My fur baby loves her. She makes him feel better every time.

C.L. I love Dr. Temple and her staff. They recently stood by my side with genuine compassion for both my elderly kitty and myself during her passing. I've also been there for visits while they conducted continuing education courses so they are up to date with pet care. I give them a 5 star rating.

B.S. I'm just amazed every time with the staff at Animal Care Hospital of Phoenix and especially Dr Temple. They are always on point, caring and compassionate.. My 75lb lap dog is high maintenance and I can always count on getting the best information that is evidence based, on-point and delivered with compassion.. You need to bring your furbaby here.

S.E. Love it. They took care of our pitbull he is 2 years and now he has a vets office now I'm so happy. Love the staff very friendly and helpful and when you have a question they will get back to you asap. I highly recommend.
