S.R.We are new to the area and did not have a vet for our kitty and doggy. I found Cherokee Trail Vet Hospital, and I'm so glad I did. They are so good with the animals, very patient, loving, and kind. They are also great at explaining everything they are doing and why. We are very happy and fortunate we found this vet for our fur babies and will continue to go for many years to come.
J.B.We love Cherokee Trail Vet! Dr. Strom and Linda and the entire staff are friendly, professional and they love our pets. Dr. Strom has taken care of both our Aussie sire/dam and 2 litters. The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding! We changed vets because of cost deferences and we are very happy we did! Very pleased!
K.Very clean facility. Compassionate, helpful team. Not the least expensive in town, but I will not skimp on my pups' medical care.
B.M.Dr. McCauley and Dr. Strom take great care of our Chipper. Cherokee Trail has been our vet for over 20 years. We really like the staff. They are very professional and good with our pets. Highly recommend them.
A.C.We are returning customers for 28 years. It’s always a pleasure working with Cherokee Trail. Dr. Ginger Macaulay has taken wonderful care of our furry babies. She is very compassionate and always comforting knowing our babies are in the best of care. Sincerely, Thank you for all the exceptional care all these years.
J.A.My last dog and my current dog have both had a lot of strange and rare medical conditions. I moved from out of state to here in 2018 and have been using them ever since. They are phenomenal. The staff is always great, super friendly, and is willing to do anything to help out you and your furry 4-legged best friends. I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. These vets are not afraid to refer you to a specialist, and will admit if they don't have a lot of info on a particular condition. Dr. Keisler is currently treating my dog Loki and has bent over backwards to help me find a treatment plan that is working for us. I have heard they are a bit pricier than other vets in the area, but I cannot confirm that for sure. However, cost is not important when you cannot beat the knowledgeable, friendly, and caring staff that provides top notch care. Facility is also clean, and their boarding staff is amazing as well!
K.N.I want to start out by saying each and everyone of the vets here are awesome. They take their time to answer any questions/concerns, go over home care instructions in details, etc. Also, the staff here is AMAZING! Big shout out to Lisa yesterday for being so generous and taking care of my baby boy Briscoe. People like you is what makes the world go round. Highly recommend this vet to any family/friend. Lastly to all, nowhere is cheap anymore so if you are willing to pay more for excellent service for you and your precious animal, then highly recommend going here!
L.P.We recently moved 40 minutes away from this animal hospital and still drive for visits because you can’t beat the reliability, responsiveness and professionalism. When we walk in, we feel like family and like we are the only ones being seen in the office even though there are more. My dog has anxiety and is friendly, but doesn’t love her paws and ears being touched. They are so patient with her and won’t force her to do things (like clipping ALL her nails-they do what they can and charge me accordingly). They make her feel more comfortable and do a great job with handling her. They provide tips when I have questions of how to continue keeping her healthy. While it does cost a little more than a local animal hospital, it’s worth the care and compassion they provide my dog and I when we visit. They are amazing and I highly recommend them! Just remember.. you get what you pay for! ??????.
