V. Dr. Cramer was awesome. We came for a second opinion about our cats mass and he was engaged and knowledgeable about all the potentialities. Guided us through the required testing and shared the what and why behind it all. Add in respectable pricing for procedures and surgery and you have a winning combination. Our experience will have us bringing in all our pets for any future needs.

S.L. Had to take my mom's dog after he got attacked. They were really nice even though I was a walk in they took us right back. I feel like the vet lady was very honest and even helped us out with the price. He had to be put down but they let us be with him.

L.A. All around amazing, compassionate business. They realized they accidentally overcharged me for a medicine and apologized immediately and got me a refund with no hassles. They are always loving and patient with my cats. Great people here.

A.M. This is my go-to veterinarian. They are a fear-free clinic, which means when your pet comes in they are showered with love & treats to make them feel comfortable and calm. They keep a list of which treats my dog does & doesn't like and references it each visit. She comes in for her shots & I never have a problem. They answer my questions & fit me in for last minute things. When they are closed they recommend the 24/7 Blue Pearl Pet Hospital & they called me the next day to ask how it went. They care well for pets in their speech & actions. I trust them a lot & today my dog is getting her teeth cleaned by them. Looking forward to the results!

H.H. Pulled in to pick up my sweet Rocky from boarding (and her first heartworm treatment) and caught the staff loving on her while on a potty break. Can't say enough good things about this place! They are also incredible with my reactive dog Lucy who has struggled with going to vet but did so well with them! VERY thankful for lakeview!

E.H. They take great care of my dog. He's always been very nervous at the vet, but he seems to be more comfortable here. The "fear free" practices in place here are wonderful and reassuring for pets and owners.

J.A.A.A. First visit and first impressions are WOW! Facility is clean, there is a separate waiting area for kitties which is nice so the dogs and cats don't agitate each other. There doesn't seem to be a lot of turnover so when you call you talk to the same people and that's always nice. The fees are reasonable compared to other vets in the area. I needed a new vet and I'm very pleased with Lakeview!

J.R. I had a first time, new patient appointment for vaccinations scheduled at Lakeview for my fur baby, “Cat Stevens” on a recent Monday. However, on the Saturday before, i woke up to my cat meowing incessantly and curled up in a ball of pain. When i tried to examine him he hissed and swatted and i couldn’t tell if he was injured or what. The Blue Pearl ER vet was unable to take any additional cases due to high volume, but God bless Lakeview as they had decided to stay open late that day for emergencies. They took fabulous care of my difficult and “unfriendly” cat. This was my first time setting foot in Lakeview and although they were extremely busy with emergency cases, every employee that day treated me AND Cat Stevens as though HE was their only patient. I left him in their care feeling confident he was in good hands. After his exam i was contacted with the diagnosis and given my treatment options as well as a cost estimate. They also offered to vaccinate as well to save me a second trip on Monday. When his treatment was finished they called me for pickup and when i arrived the vet herself spoke with me at length. The cost was reasonable and quite fair for such excellent service. Though i don’t enjoy pet emergencies, i must say the entire experience was excellent. This is the most professional staff I’ve encountered in my 55 years of pet ownership. (BTW, Cat Stevens would like to apologize for his salty demeanor and he gives everyone there a five claw review! ).
